"Arlo uses Park Simple to pay for parking. After numerous attempts with multiple credit cards I had to give up since payment would not go through. So I hunted up other parking. It would help if they used an app-based parking system like Park Mobile rather than something that asks for a lot of personal information and then relies on text messages, a credit card you have to type in and then have to repeat when it fails. Repeatedly. Frustrating when trying to go to dinner."
"Current resident, moved in 11/19, posting this 12/5, and we have not had functioning AC since our move in. The temperatures in our apartment have been consistently over 76 degrees with fans on and windows open to try and alleviate the heat. The maintenance team initially had an HVAC specialist come to assess very quickly. However, there has been no communication in over a week since from leasing office or maintenance. I have called and sent multiple emails (photos attached) with no response to emails and told "we will get back to you" when I call. Update: 12/6 shortly after posting, got a call from management asking to bring us a temporary window AC unit. On top of this infuriating situation, there's several other issues with the apartment complex. There is no loading dock or proper move in area to park the moving truck. Leasing team clearly doesn't communicate. Homeless individuals have been found sleeping in the stairwells and again no communication from management regarding this. Overall, I am extremely disappointed thus far with our experiences."
"I have never had such attentive maintenance staff. When my AC went out, the staff came to my apartment the very next morning to fix it. Location is phenomenal, walking distance to many shops and restaurants in downtown Decatur."
"Jake and the staff at Arlo are the best! Very friendly and accommodating! We got a thorough and knowledgeable tour of the complex. All of the amenity spaces are cool, roomy and very clean! They are renovating some areas which in my opinion, look GREAT right now, including just put in brand new carpet in the hallways. We are enjoying the impeccable clean apartment and all the close Restaurants, shops, entertainment all in walking distance!!"
