However I will say there was a little lag and getting my background check taken care of however everyone on site were fantastic and making sure I knew I was going to be taken care of especially Matthew. Thank you to Alexandra, Hannah, and Faith for being such amazing and considerate individuals. I definitely recommend Cortland Viridian!"

"I recently had a deeply disappointing and troubling experience with Cortland Viridian that I feel compelled to share. My leasing application process with this community was marred by racism, discrimination, and unjust fees. Upon submitting my application, I was met with a lack of proper service and support from the staff. Despite this, I was informed that my application was incomplete and subsequently denied. What's more, I was shocked to be asked to pay a $150 administrative fee for a service that was not provided to me. This treatment was not only unjust but also raises serious concerns about the fairness and integrity of the leasing process at Cortland Viridian. It is deeply disheartening to encounter such practices in this day and age, and I urge the management of Cortland Viridian to take a serious look at their policies and procedures to ensure that all applicants are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of their background. Discrimination has no place in any community, and it certainly has no place in the housing application process. I hope that by sharing my experience, prospective tenants will be aware of the potential challenges they may face when dealing with Cortland Viridian. It is my sincere hope that the management will take concrete steps to address these issues and ensure that all applicants are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Cortland Viridian based on my experience. Discriminatory practices and unjust fees have no place in any business, and I hope that the management will take swift and decisive action to rectify these issues."

"I had a terrible experience with Cortland Vivian Apartments when I applied for a lease. Despite informing them that I wanted to cancel my application because of discrimination and racism during application process, they tried to force me to pay a fee in order to keep the appartment.To make matters worse, they unjustly denied my application, putting fraud alert on my credit report and a statement that I owe them 150$. This discriminatory treatment and lack of understanding make me question the integrity and professionalism of Cortland Vivian Apartments. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I have lived here for six years and it has been wonderful! The price is good for where it's located. The apartment is nicely laid out and has up to date finishes and appliances. The neighborhood is quiet and wooded with paths to walk your dog. Very pet friendly place! Great pool, tennis court, and fitness area. The maintenance staff are quick to respond and repairs are usually done within a day. The management is nice and plans a ton of events for residents to take part in. A great place to live!"

"A couple of weeks ago I visited Cortland Viridian. I met both Faith and Matthew and I was looking for an new apartment to move into. Matthew showed me both the Savannah and I think it was the Wisteria. I loved the Wisteria because it had the roommate floor plan that I need. Faith was great about explaining the amenities and what to expect with leasing process. It’s definitely an older property but I loved the character that it had. The interior of the apartment was really nice from the upgrades that they must of installed over the past couple of years. I’m planning to move next month into my new home and Viridian is at the top of my list. Be sure to ask about the events they have there because they have so many over the month. I love that because my current place does not offer that for my neighbors or my family. I also really love they have a dog park because my dog needs the space to play! I will definitely visit this property again to figure if this is my next home."
