"My mom has lived at mason mill Apts for 12 years. CoVID created an issue with her online payment. The previous office manager wasn’t able to fix the problem, so my mom has been paying by check. But as of June 1, payment is only accepted online. The new office manager , Carmen, was didn’t know how to fix the issue herself but she sent to her supervisors and IT and in less Than a few hours the problem has been resolved. Since my mom is 85, this is a great stress reliever for her and easy for me to do !!! Thank you Carmen for going the extra mile to ensure that everything was fixed !!"

"Lived at Mason Mills 2b1.5bath townhouse for almost 2 years and recently moved out. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a stay near Emory. The management is super helpful and helped make my move in easy as well as renewal. There are places that will just show you the rule book when it comes to renewing or adjusting lease but the management was flexible and helped wherever they could. Pros: Close to the the Emory Clairmont campus. Reasonable rent for the area. Close to Toco Hills shopping plaza. Cons: Non renovated units have old appliances, make sure you get a renovated one. The dumpster gets full very soon. I would recommend they get a bigger one. Overall a good place to be thanks to the friendly management and great maintenance staff."
"I recently helped a family member move into these apartments and I must say the office manager is super helpful and responsive. We were traveling from another state and wasn’t going to make it before the close of business and Jeremiah stayed there until we arrived. The customer service skills were well above average and he always had a smile on his face. I am looking to relocate to GA next year and I am definitely considering Mason Mills as my next home.
