"Today marks one year since I moved into my apartment at The Foundry Duluth. It has not been smooth sailing but for the most part the size of our apartment is nice and it works for us. However. I just learned today that your water bills are based on how much water is being used IN YOUR BUILDING. I was gone for 3 weeks this last month and came back to a water bill that was the same as before. I HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER PEOPLES WATER BILLS. This is unacceptable and everyone should be aware of this before they move in here."

"It was a rough start with the previous management company however, we now had a customer support based management company that takes my complaints seriously and are quick to resolve matters. Blanca, the property manager is outstanding! She helped me with some important matters , that made it seem as though they were important to her as well. She is very warming and welcoming. I have been living here for over 2 years and have enjoyed most of the time. Quiet neighborhood, clean, gated community, and has a great team, are all the reasons why I will renew again."

"I have been a resident here now for two years. I absolutely love it. Blanca first off is amazing. She is so quick to answer a concern and fix the issue. I love the pool, gym and evening just walking around the neighborhood. The maintenance team is A1 in fixing issues in a timely manner and even going out their way to explain issues to you. I have lived in my share of apartments the employees here have made this one the best. It is very spacious two bedroom room two bathroom fairly priced. The best part is no roaches unlike some of the other reviews of the apartments near by. The school district is one of the best in Duluth. Location is amazing close to Johncreek, Suwane, and Lawerenceville. The neighbors are so caring, leaving food for those who need it at the mail box. I could go on and on. But this place you be your next home."

"The property stays dirty, other residents have contacted management about the vast amounts of trash and broken glass near the parks and overflowing trash bins, as well as owners not picking up after their dogs. The management does not seem to care. I did contact the corporate office and while they rectified most of my concerns, the on-site management continues to be inconsiderate and rude."
