"This is literally the absolute ✨ dirtiest ✨ complex I’ve ever been to in my life. My fiance has lived here the last year and honestly I cannot wait for him to get out. The neighbors are loud, rude, disrespectful and DIRTY! I saw a man throw his cup out his car window right next to the trash can. Their gates don’t work at the front and they need to find ways to install cameras and figure out who is leaving all this garbage next to a WORKING DUMPSTER. The management really has the nerve to charge $1500 a month for a ONE bedroom while you have the whole complex infested with roaches and filth? Maintenance doesn’t ever come, the office staff do nothing about neighbors stomping and screaming at 3 am. Absolutely would not move here and please go spend your hard earned money on a place that doesn’t make you both embarrassed and disgusted. ETA: they “invited” my fiancé to reach out to them, he has on several occasions, and they don’t respond! I “invite” you to respond to your emails and phone calls, Sugarloaf. Do better."

"We have suffered flooding for a month now and need buckets to catch leaks upstairs, use tapes to prevent ceiling falling, reported to the management team for over 3 weeks but no response. Cockroaches are everywhere, pest control doesn't work and they are very reluctant to come to service, always telling us to wait for weeks but not showing up. The pool was never open and was always told they were on maintenance, the air conditioning in the gym was turned off and no residents were notified and the thermostat was taken away. The trash cans at the main gate were full of trash every weekend. As a tenant with a good track record, I wanna ask the manager, is it fair for charge that high monthly rate but provide us living conditions like this? Shame on the management."

"Rented a 2 bed 2 bath ground floor apartment here from Dec 2020 to Jan 2022. I mostly had a good experience. The unit was clean, never had much of a mold or bug problem. Never saw any rodent-type pests. Maintenance crew would respond to a request within 2-4 days, sometimes even faster (like when the pipes under my kitchen sink burst open, they came the same day and fixed it). My main issues with the complex were all the extra fees they tacked on during the move out process, as well as some of the other residents in the complex. Had a many instances of unleashed dogs roaming around. Some of the dogs were small and harmless, but there were a few times where big and aggressive dogs would charge at my family and my dogs. Also lots of broken glass in the parking lot? People also would hang out in the stair wells and parking lot smoking (cigs and weed) and talking loudly. The weed smell from the stairwell would seep into my apartment. Other than those issues, I enjoyed my time living here. My 2 bed 2 bath was rented for $1430, but with the extra monthly fees I would always end up paying $1530 (excluding utilities, trash, pest, etc). Still never figured out what they were charging an extra $100/month for. But yeah, nice place and in a decent area as well."

"I have been living here for 7 months and I love it!! Great location! Safe community, spacious apartment, and great management/leasing team! Nikki is GREAT! She went above and beyond for me, helping me get everything finalized before my move-in day. And to my surprise, she got me an updated apartment. :) Update: The only complaint I have is the turn around time for maintenance. It takes over 48 hours to resolve an issue. And I have another issue that still hasn't been resolved, going on 7 days now."
