"If I could give them a zero that's what they would get. They are rude and arrogant. I started an application with them in Oct of 2022 it should only take 2 to 3 weeks tops to complete the process. They messed up my application with housing because they didn't know what they were doing it took 2 months to finally get it right with the paperwork so after that I was never showed the Apt before moving in because at this point we were homeless and needed a place fast so I continued the original plan to move in the place but I never viewed the apartment. So when I finally move in it's Jan 2023 and when I get a day to move in so mind i asked to see the place they gave every excuse to not be able to view apartment. I moved in and it was hell from there. They suck period they would not fix anything while I was there. I went without electricity my first week there. I am now finally about to move because I had Code enforcement involved and after that I needed repairs that they didn't want to fix I advice anyone to NOT move in these apartments. I'm happy I'm moving I can't believe you want to decide to talk I been trying to talk to your staff for over 3 months and your staff still hasn't fixed my heat I have no heat been without it now 3 weeks. I'm done talking or reaching out. Y'all just don't care. It's really sad I never experienced this type of treatment any place I've ever lived. I'm traumatized me and my kids so therefore NO I do not want to talkwe have no heat it's 30 degree weather. I'm done and I'm out this ✌️ At"
