"Apartments are old and coming apart. They said there remodeling and the remodeling looks worse than before. They just add a new counter top and fix the roof which is expected. The office manager seems to despise her job and complains when we need things done. Kids do enjoy playing outside with the park and pool."

"Roaches live here and mold on my clothes and furniture and i have complained to Corporate and sent email and have yet to hear from them. I have been to the Dr consistently., Sinus infections, Diarrhea for two weeks straight,. My body is constantly working overtime to fight this terrible ventilation in here. This place needs to be tested ASAP. No one should live like this. One time my fridge stopped working and they had the nerve to bring a fridge in here filled with bugs, i am so disgusted. It is only because my son attends this school district and he is an A Student and the rent was cheap is why i stayed, Now i cannot take it anymore, Stomach upsets, blurry eyes, Nausea, Headaches, Dr Bills Piling up and me and my son constantly sick. These people do not care about you they just want your money. I waited since Monday for a response from Corporate Nelkin and it is now past 48 hrs, I have left a message with office to complex for Meena who never called me back.God did not intend for people to suffer and live like this. SLAPPING PAINT OVER MOLD AND RENTING OUT APARTMENTS IS NOT HOW YOU DO IT. ALL OLD APARTMENTS NEED TO STOP THIS MESS. YOU ARE PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES. AND CLEAN THE VENTS. CALL A COMPANY TO PUT THE HOSE THROUGH AND GIVE IT GOOD CLEANING. Someones Voice must be heard this is NOT right. Just came from Dr again today SMH. Next week i have to have an ultrasound and another test. All these complications and upsets started since i have been here and i have a stack of medical bills to prove it. Please do not move here. Do your research The dishwasher even had black mold and i had to put bleach in it. The tub had black mold in the crack i have been bleaching that also. Please do NOT Jeapordize your health. I am really angry with myself for stooping this low and staying here. Tomorrow i will post the pictures and contact authorities and send my pictures there.."

"I am leaving here since last 3 years.Main thing what your problem you go to office and explain properly.When I got some problem I go to office and lodge my complaint.Within next day or two three days maintenance people come and they do the job. Some time too much work on their hand they come next day and finish the Job. Sorry this is my experience. Thanks."

"It is a main production center of roaches. Very poor service. manager is lazy. we have to tell each week reminder for treatment. if don't then they never come for pest control. manager is Indian origin so poor customer service. she don't treat customer nicely."
