Five at Decatur @ North Decatur

"Been living here for 2yrs always paid rent on time ($1758) nothing luxury actually it’s cheap in my honest option…my vehicle has been broken into also one of my neighbor’s..management basically told me we cannot help you… no cameras or Sense of security… the walls are thin I can hear everything the neighbors are doing their are roaches.. we pay for trash collection but no one ever picks them up… this new management are horrible all they care about is your rent money.. neighbors smoke marijuana sticking up my apartment (with kids inside) it’s gotten to the point where I cannot have guests over because of the smell… management doesn’t care and aren’t doing anything about it… loud music it’s starting to turn ghetto… I want to move but management won’t allow me to break the lease and are threatening me with two months worth of rent if I do.. please don’t let the pictures fool you this is not it.. you can do better for what they are charging. You will definitely regret it."

"Don’t move here unless you like your water being shut off randomly with no updates. We received an email at 8:30 am about the water being shut off due to emergency repairs and it’s now almost 7pm and still no water. The staff is gone and they couldn’t care less because it doesn’t affect them. I have 2 small children and I can’t even cook dinner nor can we shower. This is something that happens often and it’s getting old. At least 2-3 times a month."

"I honestly wouldn’t recommend living here for the price. There’s nothing luxury about living here. The outside is well kept, but inside?! Very small in the inside, the kitchen is the only thing decent here.. the bathrooms are tiny & so are the closets for $1700!!!! Infested with roaches!! The walls are very thin I hear my upstairs neighbor take a piss every morning! The apartments are poorly cleaned Pryor to moving in! Like hair painted in the walls, plastic bags to fill holes under the cabinets? They also charge a %10 late fee if rent isn’t paid on the 1st! They also charge for valet trash, but nobody picks up the trash! Also the pool was closed for the whole summer!"

"This society is in Decatur. Decent place to stay. Calm and serene. It's mid budget kind of place. You pay around 2000 + for 2 bedroom house. Valet trash facility is there. Gym, swimming pool and out door gym as well along with separate kids and pet area. Houses are on two floors. Service and complaints are handled well."
