"I had a tour today and when I say this property is absolutely gorgeous. The first thing that caught my eye was the light blue clean pool. Sara showed us our possible unit and it met all of our needs. She was also so kind and very knowledgeable about the property. Praying everything works out that we are able to rent. A Building caught on fire there in Dec 25 2022 due to the negligence of the apartment and families lost everything!! Do not rent there!! Go to The Rey on Reynolds instead. The Rey is true luxury + they have good parking, safe environment + ELEVATORS! CortlandPortico is trash!!!"
