"I have been a resident for almost THREE years and over the weekend the worst situation happened to me!!! My vehicle was stolen right in the complex parking lot. I no longer feel safe and I'm starting to question the safety of my complex. also, I recently just found out its no cameras by the main office and I'm not even sure if the cameras by the main gate work as well. when I went to the leasing office the young lady tried her best to help me but it wasn't much she could do and that was frustrating as well. This situation is mind-blowing because I want answers and it’s very little information given. With the amount of money I pay for rent I thought security would be way better but, it seems like the amenities are way more important than the resident safety because I know cameras are in the gym so I don't understand why none are outside or at least by the office where I park my car at every day."

"Having just moved in over two months ago I am still becoming acclimated to the community. I must suggest they are probably the most luxurious apartments I have stayed in. I will also admit they are the most expensive. They are close to a golf course, bike and running trails, so once things settle down I hope to check them out. Is it worth it? That is a good question. Only time will tell, So far I am impressed."

"I would just say do not move here posting pictures below save yourself the headache don’t let these comments fool you. They pressure you in the office to leave them good reviews before you even move into the unit or even see the unit. also, when you do see the unit, make sure you are not smelling blunt spray. That’s what they used to cover up the mold smell in our first unit in the second unit. Someone fell through the floor, but as I said, I will be leaving pictures below we haven’t even stayed here a full year. And oh, yeah, before I forget, if you complain too much, they start hitting you with all type of fees"

"Been living here for 4 years now. My family and I were one of the first to return after the renovation by new owners. So glad we chose them again ad again. This is a safe place to reside. It's clean, beautiful and well maintained. I love the convenience of the location because you can get around easily and enjoy stores and shops nearby. My neighbors are wonderful. I honestly feel blessed to find a place that is worthy of the rental price."

"I’ve been renting an apartment for almost a year now, and finally the lease it’s coming to an end. When we moved in, the place was called Novo Avondale. Management at that time was great, everyone was happy, and the complex rate was almost 5 stars. Even though, the unit that we got was in horrible shape: stains all over the counter tops, marker stains on the kitchen cabinets, paint already peeling off from walls, doors broken, and so on… On top of that, new management came in, and believe me they only care about money, and at the end, you don’t get what you pay for. The community is gated but our car was vandalized in the parking lot for no reason and with no witnesses. We had water leaking from the roof into the ceiling in the living room and main bedroom. Management told us they will get a vendor after the repairs to paint the ceiling properly but that never happened. My apartment smells like mold not only because of the ceiling was not repaired properly but also because the AC ducts are filthy. Also AC units are extremely noise. Landscaping used to look better, and good luck with the pool because it’s usually close for inspections and they don’t even tell you about it. On top of everything, we never had access to the gym even though we asked for it many times. In this place, if you push to much they just stop replying to your emails, of course no one answer the phone, and when you get to the office the door is lock. No wonder why everyone is leaving and they have so many units available."
