"Don’t be fooled I live here and once my lease is up I’m out it’s dirty maintenance, refuses to fix any thing at all office ladies are ghetto and ratchet as hell except for one who was very nice to me during my process of paperwork to get in here other than that though trash will sit outside for a whole week, full of disgusting roaches, sitting and just crawling around outside by stairs police constantly in and out of apartment complex. One of the worst Apts I’ve ever stated."

"Where do I start I was looking for a place to live and having a hard time when looking . Kiki was amazing she helped me find the apt I was looking for . She and her staff were very professional and helpful they walked me through the app to make my payments and even helped me when I couldn’t figure out how to download it on my phone. I felt right at home and comfortable . The staf was very helpful with my 2year old and my wife and I were doing our paperwork. This was a warm welcome to Ga . Thank you guys so much I know I’m gonna love it here ."
