"I moved here in Feb of this year and it was great. The renovations were tasteful and but not flashy. A quiet community overall where you'll find some office organized activities. Speaking of the office, Amber was great in dealing with me and generally helpful. Maintenance was on top of it too. Although the garbage dumpster was overflowing at times, it would only be for a couple of days."

"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. Like many others have stated this place will try to rob you blind. We were charged for stern risk insurance the entire duration of our lease despite sending in proof of acceptable renters insurance the first day of our lease and multiple attempts to have them correct the billing error. Every month we had multiple random charges with zero explanation. Utility charges we were not told about nor were they explained or corrected after many attempts to contact them about it. We just moved out after thoroughly cleaning and patching up, they charge you for every hole, scuff and piece of dust left behind. Carpets were old and peeling and tile was discolored upon move in yet they are trying to charge us over $1000 to replace carpet and tile?! Tiles that they paint over before a new tenant moves in. Seriously, if you don’t leave the unit better than when you moved in, you will be charged heavily. I feel absolutely violated and taken advantage of. IF THIS ISN’T ENOUGH THERE’S PLENTY MORE… these buildings are older than your mother and the walls are paper thin, your electricity bill due to that “fancy sunroom” will be well over $500 some months, and if you have upstairs neighbors we prepared to hear their alarm in the morning. Or be woken up to their child screaming at 3am, or hear their dog barking and nails tapping the floor because they’re pacing the apartment. All true stories- I used to have to put headphones on with heavy rain noises to be able to sleep when my neighbors were awake. Finally, the fancy amenities they show you do not work. Or are closed half the time. DO. NOT. DO. IT."

"Apartment is nice and spacious. The leasing office was WONDERFUL start to finish. Jaylen and Josephine went out their way to help me throughout the entire process and were super friendly and courteous, quickly responded to all my emails and endless questions, and very knowledgeable. It's a little more pricey then other complexes nearby, but trust me it is worth it. With a MUCH friendlier leasing staff, nicer apartments, super quiet neighborhood and they'll negotiate the price. The grounds also seem to be well kept up with."

"Josephine went above and beyond assisting me with all of my many changes and needs I really appreciate her kindness and warming personality as well as the rest of the team. I moved into my home today and I love it. The pictures/ virtual tours doesn’t do the property justice. My apartment is so beautiful and spacious and the property grounds are well kept with plenty of amazing amenities. I would recommend The Preserve At Dunwoody to anyone looking for a new home."

"Well they took down my first review…. RENTER BEWARE!! I wish I could go into detail explaining every single detail that went wrong in the 1 year I lived here, but it would be too long. DO NOT RENT HERE. When I moved in, they were not ready for me, so there was a huge fiasco with the flooring guys moving all my stuff outside to then get rained on. They said they were going to pay for my stuff that was damaged $500!!!!! But they never did!!! Fingernails, bandaids and dirt were caked on the carpet. Grease covered all the cabinets. THE APARTMENT WAS INFESTED with FLEAS! I had to buy flea bombs myself to kill them!! After a fight and letting them know how unacceptable this was, they moved me to a new apartment. This was fine for the moment. Even though when we moved in they promised a new water heater and it never happened. Then it was water damage, MOLD that they wipe off and say is not mold. I got it tested myself and it was mold. 3 different types of mold! (See photo!) They change management every 6 months. After EVERYTHING, now they are trying to charge $960 in fees to clean the apartment, when we cleaned everything top to bottom when we left. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. They are DISHONEST. You want your home to be your safe haven and it will be a nightmare here. Save yourself a headache."
