"The 2 ladies in the rent office always harassing tenants and nobody wants to do nothing about the situation they don’t fix nothing and always showing favoritism to their favorite ones and that’s not fair to the other people. cars been out there more than 3 years and never get tow and they tried to tow both of my cars I filed a complaints but no answer at all they need new management and new people in the office"

"I've worked there with open hand when I had to deliver to the tenants and they are really nice but apparently the owner of the complex is very rude and won't even help keep their own complex clean something definitely needs to be done about that. Other than that the people are lovely but just like anywhere you have the bad apples in the bunch ruining it for everyone else."
"These are the absolute worst apartments that you can rent. I was just evicted since I refused to pay rent in an apartment that was mold infested and me and my child had to live that way for an entire rent. These apartments need to be shut down. Phyllis Alexander is a horrible manager and needs to be fired. She told me she wouldn't live there but yet kept me and my child living that way for a year and she is very rude and disrespectful. While in court met another lady who was being evicted for having rats in her apartment as if these things are our fault. No it's not Phyllis Alexander is a slum lord. I stayed in these apartments when they were first redone in the 90's they were really nice then. The people at that time in the rent office really cared about there tenants don't waste your money staying in this garbage you will regret it after dealing with Phyllis she is a low life slum lord. She only cares about herself and that Chrysler she drives to hell with the tenants"
