"I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. The place is dirty and infested with rats! They do not clean the stairs it’s filthy full of spiders webs and trash everywhere. The staff is rude and not understanding The price is ridiculous!. Stay away!!!"

"I have lived here for many years, ever since the new company took over the property, it is going downhill. While the rent in the property keeps going up, BUT the benefits and amenities are being reduced over time. Even though this is claimed as an apartment community, most of the facilities / amenities are no longer offered. The rent is essentially paid for the apartment unit, nothing else. Laundry Room The dryer eats your money, BEWARE! They don’t refund you! They don’t place any signs to alert you for broken dryer, so use it at your own risk. Obviously, they may just make FREE MONEY from you with this method. The management has also removed the air conditioner in the laundry room, so it is very hot to stay there when you do laundry in summer and very cold in winter. Swimming Pool I have lived here for many years, the swimming pool is closed 90-95% of the time. It is not meant to be used by the residents, rather it is used as an attraction for prospective residents. Ya, it looks nice and clean, but sorry it is not meant to be used. If you love swimming and thinking of using the pool regularly, perhaps you need to reconsider this property as your option. Gym Just like the laundry room, the air conditioner in the gym has also been removed, so if you exercise inside, you have to tolerate the high heat there. Business Center The biz center is closed now, and it is turned into a storage room. Residents can no longer have access to the service inside the biz center now. Toilet The toilets behind the rental office are locked now, residents can no longer use them during emergency time, when using the gym, laundry or visiting the office. So, if the toilet in your apt is out of order, good luck!"

"This is my 4th year here, I was satisfied the first 2years (outside of parking). But management is terrible, I’m tired of their attitudes and lack of appreciation. I’ve signed through tremendous lease increases because it was convenient for me to stay, after this I’m leaving for sure! Melsie was the only humble person in office, she’s gone. Not 1 designated parking spot and I work late, pool hours have been cut to 5pm because they haven’t hired a new associate so they lock the gate when the office closes. Sucks for ppl with 9-5. Not only that, if you’re doing laundry, working out or simply need to leave the pool to tinkle be prepared to walk all the way home SMH, the rest rooms are locked for management only. I’m over it !"

"I knew I should not have ignored reviews about office staff! But I figured I'd take a chance. They lied!!! I know no one is obligated to rent to anyone they don't want to but don't lie. They told me I was denied due to credit and open eviction showing on my credit; which is NO WAY true or possible. Want to know how? Because I put a freeze on my credit and to be able to access my credit, they would have to notify me to remove it, but they did not, so you did NOT run my credit Anna or Lauren because it was not accessible to you. The next complex I applied asked me to remove the hold, once I did it went through. I have NO evictions on my credit especially since I monitor my credit and do credit repairs. I would not have received my deposit back from previous complex and dismissal letter but they never asked for it. Instead you caused me to waste my time and money! Good luck to anyone having to deal with this staff. Now no one wants to answer my calls about my admin refund! I found the perfect place for me due to your lies and that was a sign that God saying, "This was not the place for you.""

"I renewed my lease twice but the third time I couldn’t. It’s great apartment complex that’s being ruined being ran by Lauren. She has the worst attitude possible. Living there was great but I couldn’t wait to move out. Only would come back under new management."
