"As a tenant at Verge Apartments, my experience has been disappointing. The presence of litter is a constant issue, and I've encountered problems with roaches and mice. The neighborhood feels unsafe, and overall, I do not recommend Verge Apartments. I hope improvements are made for future residents."

"Sadly, this apartment complex management is nightmarish. I have had on-going issues with plumbing, water, trash, pest and my leasing agreements since moving into my "newly built" apartment at the end of July. In an attempt to resolve my issues/ concerns I have called, emailed, showed up in person and still haven't been able to come to any resolution. Unfortunately, there seems to be many inadequates with the management office. This has hurt the rapport with many residents including myself, and has festered feelings of unappreciated, undervalued and muted. As a resident, I find myself constantly chasing the front office and staffers for answers as if I was starring in an episode of the children cartoon Tom and Jerry. This a more than troublesome issue especially since I am medical student and a full time parent. So my time is very important and limited. These issues especially the financial burdens associate with living here has cause my family extensive hardships. Rent at the establishment is already extremely high, now when you combine that with a water leak and plumbing issues. You will receive a water bill at or around $300 water bill which is greater than 4x the average of $70 water bill in ATL. End turn, this coupling of rent and high utilizes bills can be call exorbitant. At moment, I can only pray that someone from the corporate office (Fairfield) or from the front office finally provides me with answers and resolutions to my concerns immediately."

"My experience started off great being one of the first few tenants to move in. It went downhill once the complex started to fill up. People with pets started to leave dog feces in the hallways. Also, trash was left in the hallways, people were having parties and tearing up the furniture resulting in the amenities closing early. In addition, we were charged for parking every month for two cars when parking was stated to be free in our leasing agreement. Upon moving out, my car was booted in the complex even though I still had a parking decal. The complex was perfect but it went downhill a couple of months after. Be aware of this property because it is nice from the outside looking in but as months progress, you will see the real real!!!"

"If you’re considering moving here, please DON’T!! I just moved out after living there a year and the experience was not a good one. Within a year, the property had multiple car break-in’s and yes it’s happening everywhere but management would say their going to have security on property, but then security would be gone within a week. They make you pay for parking $25 a month, also $10 fee for trash compactor that wasn’t even there my first 6 months and didn’t even work up until the day I left. Plus you pay for valet trash monthly which then makes no sense at all. Noise complaints and people doing whatever on the property caused management to shut down the pool at 6pm everyday and chains to be put on the gate. That’s right! No swimming in the pool after 6pm during the week or weekends. Leasing office was good when I first moved in, but like others have said the communication started to become poor overtime. The apartments are OVERPRICED AND THERE ARE PEOPLE LIVING THERE PAYING REALLY CHEAP RENT, which makes sense why the property went down within my year stay. This is your warning to not move into this complex."

"There have been complaints sent to leasing office prior to police being called out for all disturbances. The leasing office ignored my emails and never called to address my concerns. An email was sent out after police had been called asking for residents to submit any information they may know about but information had BEEN provided prior to police being called. No one truly cared. Also the leasing office was closed on the day of my move out and no one sent an email stating that the leasing office is now closed on Sunday’s. The young lady at front desk has poor organization and attitude as well. I could go on an on. Rodney is super pleasant and the only staff that seems to genuinely care about the community. Everyone should definitely take notes from him."
