Victory at Summerhill

"My family and I been apartment hunting in the area for a few weeks and today we came to view the apartments here at Victory. Airis was very helpful to me and my family! She gave us very good answers to our questions and always maintained good eye contact! We enjoyed the visitation and how close the apartments are to Publix and King Memorial Station. Will definitely keep this place noted."

"I went on my tour 2/16/24. Airis Myking was great with showing me around the property. She was very knowledgeable and was eager to answer any questions. From my perspective of the property it is quiet. However, I did see the booting situation. Airis was able to clear that situation up as well. Besides a drawing on the wall and some crumbs of food dropped in the hallways (which of course came from a tenant). The property was beautiful as well as the units!"

"Gina Marie Toussaint is the rudest person I’ve ever met in my life I’m not sure why she even got hired in the first place. She doesn’t even look clients in the eye when they’re talking, and acts like she’s superior to everybody. Her management is terrible and no emails are ever responded to. I have been waiting for the gym sanitary wipes to be replaced for 3 months now, and she never responds. It’s very irresponsible given that the flu is going around and management can’t fulfill simple tasks that keep everybody safe."

She was very accomodating and was able to get the information we needed to make a decision to sign a lease over here! I was able to see 1 bedroom floorplan and the apartment was well furnished, clean, and roomy."
