"I’m giving 5 stars because the property manager Nermina, has been easy to work with and understanding. She has been able to control the controllables and clean up some of the bad that was constantly happening. The mailroom is back in order, our gate is not constantly broken and our gym is back. Nermina has been great since she’s taken over"
