"I’ve only lived here for just over a month and the power goes out almost every day for hours multiple times a day. The morning I’m writing this I didn’t even get a chance to make breakfast my food is going bad I am shivering in my living room. This has apparently been going on for months and not a word was said to us before signing the lease. Very unhappy with how this living experience has been so far."

Thank God my lease is about to end, for any new tenants looking to move here don't be misguided this place BARELY has any power, you lose power for many hours thought the day at least 2-3 times a week for the past 5 months now without notice and no compensation has been talked about. Many tenants just moved in here and they never told them about such issue, Trust me when I say you guys are being mislead by the 4.5 stars google reviews, I personally would look elsewhere to live before signing anything."

Being a leasing agent in the past myself I know how Burnout is can keeping the consistency of that energy can be draining but she carried her flow with everyone she talked to and I really commend her for that.
