"Unfortunately, Lived in these apartments for a few years. My only regret is not believing the reviews! When making a request to get maintenance they make you go through so much, and then when you finally do it they never come! But they will keep records that they “fixed” it. Once I finally left they charged us unnecessary charges regardless of all of our out pocket repairs. Staff is rude and unprofessional, specifically Kenia and hector. They will literally scream and disrespect, and talk to you like they have no home education. PLEASE I urge everyone to believe the reviews and look elsewhere. It’s not only management, it’s also corporate and the physical condition of the apartments, always smells like trash and roaches, rats and mold. It’s no living condition. The place I live now in Peachtree corners staff are professional and respectful they care about their renters and feels like a true community, and come within 24hrs for repairs. There are better apartments out there. No one deserves to be screamed my management (Kenia and hector) at Dunwoody villas it’s traumatizing to hear them scream at renters the way we were."

"DO NOT RENT HERE!! please look elsewhere! Dunwoody Villas, used to be called Peachtree Place North Apartments has terrible management, the apartments are old, horrible customer service, they will never fix anything. Our apartment had mold, we were getting sick and they never did anything to fix it. The people who work there, the manager- Kenia Alvarez and Hector, are extremely unprofessional. They will scream at you and insult you. They will make up any excuse to steal your deposit or increase rent. everyone i know from the apartments say the same thing, the maintenance is horrific and a lot of them will not be returning. I regret not reading the reviews before moving here. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!"

"Terrible customer service. Unable to contact anyone at the leasing office. The person working there sees the calls purposely & blatantly ignores them. There is no sense of urgency or need for service. The company must allow their employees to ignore calls and treat people with disrespect."

"More than 6 years renting, they never attended to the requested repairs, leaks everywhere and very unpleasant customer service. If you are thinking of renting, think several times, the neighborhood is very noisy and they do not respond to emergencies at night. The worst place to live… there are many fights in the parking lots, it is very dangerous at night…I would even suggest asking around the neighborhood"

"I have Been Iill, had surgery and unable to get back and forth for a few months. I pay my rent on time and have lived in this apt Community for 10 years. My rent has gone from 599.00 to 815,00, with minimal changes, difficulty getting repairs made and now peeping toms... with lights continuously out decreasing visibility for safe travel at night. Although they constantly turn off the water without notice and charge an additional $100.00 on top of rent for water and sewage we are left without recourse. Management keeps siting Market Rates, water and sewage bills and no real improvements to our crumbling units to raise the rent. I had a broken window pane for over a year, where watered rained into my home and flooded my kitchen 5 times. My door is tampered with by who knows, you could see into the unit because of how jarred the knob was and not repaired for over a week. Today my vehicle was towed by the apt complex after I provided paper work regarding my health situation, being on bed rest and not moving my car daily. My vehicle was operable and have had the same car the entire time I’ve been in the community.. This complex and others have an agreement to tow vehicles and split the cash once you can get your car out of impound. I’ve spoken with the police depot, I’ve spoken with code enforcement because management lied and deliberately stated it was code enforcement doing this. It was proven untrue. How do you just continue to kick a person when they are down? Now it’s a civil matter and unfortunately suing is the only way to recover damages with this sort of hardship. After getting another car, it was tagged for toeing because my tire was on the white line. It’s insane what people will do to extort money from others. The property grants permission for this. They even manage to pay off lawyers to drop those cases. They don’t need money so bad that they stilling People vehicles and extorting money to split among themselves... especially in the case of many of paying increasing rent and experiencing a financial hardship. They do not keep their word and are harming tenants with the conditions imposed in the complex and the only recourse we have is paying higher rent here or somewhere else. Don’t move here and I don’t recommend anyone else move here. Unless you want to pay a sky rocketing water and sewage charge and not have water, have mold in bathrooms untreated and returning for years. Water leaking through the walls into your closet and bedroom, saturating already 10 year old carpet and your rent increase 80-100 dollars each time you resign the least. It’s getting to be a ghost town and many neighbors are moving out daily.Rent or buy a home, over this. Save yourself a headache. Google Fiber and just having slightly cheaper rent in a more run down community, where they are comparing rent increases for updated upscale communities in the area... is not worth it. Too many changes need to happen that will be an additional excuse to hike the rent more."
