"I don’t know who really owning this property but is surprising to see how just leave this project died the parking lot is always full of trash, you can find the dried leaves possibly from the previous winter, not to mention much about how the building has a dog pee smell everywhere It seems that there is not enough maintenance team or there is simply someone who is not doing their job correctly because the maintenance money comes out of the residents' pockets every month incredible location, you are super close to the downtown area but unfortunately it is not your best option to be paying 1.5k to 2.5k Right now there are brand new buildings right around the corner, starting with 2 months free on your lease that definitely makes your wallet feel good If you think I'm lying just take 5 seconds and look at the photos of the other reviews. R.I.P"

"Today is January 17, 7pm. It started with fire alarms going off today. This was around 12:30. By 1pm we were without water. Six hours later and still no water. Something basic we all need and pay for. Every month I pay over $60 for different charges with water; water charge base, water etc. Imagine working all day and coming home to find out your water is turned off. I asked my neighbor if they had heard anything and they said they received an email, but I did not. I can’t use the bathroom I can’t wash my hands or anything that requires water. Every day going out to the courtyard every single day all I see is dog feces. Dog feces carries germs. Speaking of germs, I recently saw a very large rat in the courtyard twice. I submitted a work order because lights around your building are not working (It gets really dark very early) and three months later the lights are still not working. I submitted that same work order three times and each time received a reply saying that the work order was completed but the lights still aren’t working. Safety is not a concern obviously."

"Fix…but this was Christmas weekend. Family members over and having to see this…you are like call but the family homes were on the answering service all weekend. I really think this is beyond ridiculous because now the people do it bc they don’t care bc u all don’t seem to care…this was literally 1 day after the last pic and you all cleaned it up…this is a HUGE ISSUE HERE!! Find a better alternative bc te current system is NOT WORKING!!"

"I've been living here for almost an year and when I moved the staff was THE BEST. But now, they have been changing to people after people that think they own the place, and look down on residents. I have been previously informed that I could move to a smaller apartment with my pets, since I need less space that initially thought, without having to go through all the bureaucracy again, but now they just say "yeah, sorry, but you have", and if they could they would tell me off, really. And, oh, DRESS YOUR BEST OUTFIT, because I come in the leasing office as I dress at home, simply, and ALWAYS get looked down. Excuse me, next time I'll dress my black ties. Besides, I was told I could tour some apartments today, that the front desk lady would accompany me, but after she and the leasing manager talked IN PRIVATE, she told me she NEEDED MY ID for me to tour by myself. I've been living here for almost an year, this is ABSURD and disrespectful. I am not good enough to be toured, ok, but then I need proof of identity, being a resident, to visit apartments IN MY OWN BUILDING. This is beyond belief. AND THEY WILL TELL THIS ARE RULES EVERYONE HAS TO FOLLOW, WHEN IT ISN'T, NEVER WAS, NEVER WILL BE. I bet all my money that if I was in Tory Burch instead of shorts and sandals, I wouldn't have been treated like that. Get an ego check, leasing office management lady. You are staff, not owner. I loved living here and now need to find another place to live, which is very heartbreaking."

"My job recently relocated me last minute and so finding the perfect place in such a small time crunch became so stressful and hectic. Yarra the leasing consultant with the lovely curly hair helped me out SSOOOOO much. She knew everything about everything and was so patience with the thousands of questions I threw her way during my tour which made me confident in applying. I've been living here for about 5 months now and everything has been a super smooth for me. Office communication is amazing and they still check in with me from time to time. I'm glad I picked City view. If my job doesn't relocate me, I plan on renewing my lease."
