Ascent Midtown Apartments

"Katie in leasing is great! This building has some great amenities. Lovely rooftop, that shows sunrise and sunset, inside and outside areas. Solid gym with a second floor that has bikes and stretching area. Parking is pretty easy although the spots are a little tight. The lobby looks modern and new. Atlantic station is close by for shopping, food, and more. Whole Foods is a couple blocks away The units are pretty modern and offer good views. Cons: not a lot of guest parking."

"The parking situation here is an absolute mess and is honestly the worst experience I have ever had in any apartment I've lived at. It is simply not worth the headache and I implore you to please stay away if you can. First of all, for the first year I lived here they had no parking gate, but still charged $100 a month to park there with absolutely 0 security. They finally installed a gate a year later, one that is constantly broken - leaving people stuck inside the parking garage for hours on end. Then they keep it open 24/7 and randomly decide to spend an entire evening repairing it with absolutely 0 notice, again trapping people inside the garage. The amount of times I have been trapped inside the garage (or outside trying to get in) is actually insane. Now it seems they are trying to make money off booting the cars of their own residents who pay a hefty fee to park there every month. The grey star manager was absolutely rude and did not seem to care about her own residents and really left a sour taste in my mouth. The booting enforcement is supposed to help residents of the building, but instead seems like they are trying to use that to gain extra revenue at the expense of their paying residents. Not to mention the fact that it's pretty much impossible to have visitors over since the parking for them is so limited (and expensive). For your own sake, please avoid the headache and find a place with a better parking system and management that actually cares about its residents."

"I have lived at Ascent for almost 3 years and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I will be moving out soon but I wanted to leave a review. I would definitely move back and encouraged anyone looking for a beautiful building to call home check out Ascent. The location is everything and the building is amazing. Katie Freeman one of the leasing professionals assisted me with my move out preparation. She is very professional and very helpful. I have also witness her hold the office down alone. She is a keeper and I give her 5 stars and Ascent Midtown 5 stars!"

"This place is BEAUTIFUL!! Had an awesome tour with Andrew today and he did an incredible job showing the building and features. I'm very impressed! Ascent is modern, chic and very sexy. I'm in love with the eye to detail. Stunning floor to ceiling windows, Alexa powered appliances and services that make life so easy. We are definitely considering moving here. Enjoy the pictures!!"
