The community is pretty quiet overall considering that it is situated in the heart of the business district of Decatur. "The leasing staff are wonderful. Ruben, Jakoby, and Kevyn have gone above and beyond to help us settle into our new apartment. Their customer service is exceptional! They have always been prompt and helpful in addressing any concerns we had. Likewise, Antwon has always promptly fixed issues related to the new door lock and appliances. My husband and I value the fantastic service the leasing and maintenance staff provides. They have made our seven-plus years stay in this community wonderful! Kudos and thanks to the team!"
