There are over 30 websites that mention second chance apartments and each one is run by a different company or even just an individual. This particular company (secondchanceapartments org) is an information data company. They have a rental catalog and provide credit services. They do not lease units. Many of the reviews listed here are NOT about this particular company."
"It’s a scam. They took $200 from me saying they work with apartments to get you approved. Every apartment I chose from the list THEY sent me they said they had no one to talk with. They basically lie and say they have pull and can get you in but they don’t. Don’t waste your time. Prayer works better and best of luck for you all."
