"I have been living in this complex for 12 months: 1) For the first 8 months, we had cockroach problems; they only sent regular pest control to do a simple spray and nothing else. 2) The pool was closed for 40 days during the summer peak just because they wanted to obtain a certificate (as they claimed). 3) The pool was consistently dirty, cleaned only once a week. 4) All services in common areas, such as the gym and pool, are awful, dirty, or out of service. 5) We receive electricity bills randomly and not based on consumption. 6) The gate door is usually out of service and left open."

"I’ve been living in this complex for a little over 8 months now and it’s been terrible. Their side gate doesn’t even work, people can just walk in here anytime defeating the purpose of having gates, the pool wasn’t fixed till damn near the end of summer, the gym has had broken a/c all year and broken or missing equipment, the swing benches broken, we kill bugs on our dime everyday ( cockroaches, had knat infestations, everyday despite having to pay for pest control from the apartment complex! What’s the point of forcing me to pay if it doesn’t work? I could go on but that’s not a why I’m here. It’s come to my attention there’s WHITE MOLD growing all over the apartment unit I’m in with my gf and the apartment doesn’t care! There’s no sense of urgency to get this accommodated. It’s on the wall too but it’s hard to see since it blends in with the wall color. Not so much with the rest of our stuff it’s comes in crystal clear. Last I checked ferragamo doesn’t come in white mold color. We put in 2 work orders to have this fixed since this can affect our health and instead I get an on-site repair guy come over talking about he’s finally here to give me a battery for my fire alarm from a work order I filed 5 days ago saying I should just take the L about the mold… Don’t move here it’s a waste of money."

"I recently moved into this complex and from the jump the staff was nothing but kind and caring! Rachel, the assistant property manager, went above & beyond to make sure all my expectations were met. Alexis, the leasing consultant, went out of her way multiple times to show me units that might work for me. Every time I emailed either one of them they were always quick to respond. Upon moving in my unit was clean, cold, and smelled great. The maintenance guys are also great, very responsive. There was an incident where valet trash had not picked up my trash and Mike came out and took it for me on his own. Harry and Omar are also very sweet & willing to help whenever needed. I have been so happy since I moved here and plan on spending the next couple of years here as long as it’s the same team in the office! ❤️"

"These are apparently new apartments compared to others around. I see a lot of Desi community, and this also has good schools for all elementary, middle and high. But I hear lot of people complaining about management not properly taking care of resident’s problems. When I went there to check the apartments they locked the leasing office doors in the middle of the day and left one of the residents outside the leasing office who came to check the status on the issue. I saw this first hand. But I hear they are slowly getting better. This is a gated community."
