"Saddle Creek Apartments leasing office is horrible. It’s always a struggle to get into contact with any of the staff & if you are fortunate enough to get into contact with anyone, 9/10 they will not help. My experience with them on several occasions have been unpleasant. If you are looking for structure with an apartment complex, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere."
"Jordan is the best leasing agent I have ever met, hands down. You can tell he is genuine and does everything he can to help you with whatever you could possibly need. Every experience with him doesn't just feel like he is just fulfilling his role until it's time to clock-out, but as if he is invested in making sure you are more than cared for. You can always tell he's done everything he can to help and it really instills a lot of trust that you're in good hands. It's very rare to find that kind of person in apartment management, and the peace of mind it gives you is beyond priceless. I could keep going, but you just need to see and experience the top tier customer service yourself to believe it. He definitely gives the 5 star experience, without question!"
