Gramercy at Buckhead

"I will preface this with the fact that they ask their residents to leave them a positive review as a chance to earn free rent, so any 5 star ratings on here are solicited by management. DO NOT under any circumstances consider living here. I moved in a few months ago, was given the wrong apartment (different from the one I was shown) multiple appliances broken. Trash piles up in the chutes and dumpsters. Garage door have been broken for months despite them saying they were to be done months ago. I gave them a cashiers check for rent that then somehow “went missing” and months later am still dealing with the bank to try and recover the lost money. They’ve hired a predatory parking enforcement company for their broken parking garage that will boot you a minute after your parking pass lapses and demand 75$ dollars regardless of whether you purchased another pass immediately after the first lapsed. This is my place of residence, not some retail store parking lot, I should not be having to deal with my car being booted in an empty parking garage were I pay way too much money to live. My washer is broken. There is no air filter In the AC unit despite me asking. The freezer and ice maker are broken and keep thawing completely then turning back on, they claimed they fixed but they didn’t. Management will take packages and lock them in the office which is only open 9-6, so anyone who works regular hours won’t be able to receive mail until the weekends. I could go on and on. But save your time and money and please don’t make the mistake I did."

"I have been staying at the property since 2020 and I love it here. I recently went down to the leasing office to get some questions answered from the leasing consultant Christa. She was very engaged, professional and pleasant. Not to mention, she wanted to help and I can tell she takes her job seriously and care about the residents here at Gramercy. Thanks, Christa."

"My family hates living here. Upon moving in we had a broken dishwasher that took over a month to fix a broken window in our living room which still isn’t fixed and have reported a multitude of other maintenance issues and have been told no one works in maintenance so they hired a temp agency so it has to be approved to be fixed. Now I currently have a broken dryer with a family of three and we aren’t even being acknowledged for this issue. My husband and I are two full time professionals with a four year old and cannot be without a working easier or dryer. Laundry is piling up as I’m sure any parent can agree this happens fast. Not family friendly at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! The elevator and parking situation is not kid friendly or nanny friendly. This grounds are completely neglected and living on the bottom floor it’s only a matter of time before we have flooding issues as everyone around us does. The property management “Simpson” has never responded to any of my issues since moving in and we’ve only been here for 4 months. The management team now seems new and nice but it’s still the same neglectful maintenance issues as before. This complex is like Spirit airlines it’s cheap and okish if you don’t have a problem but when you have a problem you regret agreeing to pay for this."

"My friend and I have been living at the Gramercy apartments since December of 2022, and ever since I have been throughly satisfied with maintenance’s response time, friendliness of the leasing office staff and much more. All of the equipment is updated and technologically advanced which makes it much easier for day to day functions. I have felt very welcomed since the beginning and feel confident about addressing any concerns if they were to ever arise. Love it here."

"Upon move in, there were many issues with the apartment. Washing machine broken (flooded my hallway), microwave door broken, bathtub sink clogged, and track lights out. I've been asking them to fix 4/5 issues for a month with no responsiveness. This is my 5th week asking for at least a status update from the front office and each person has failed to call me back or let me know the status after in-person requests, calls, emails, and maintenance requests."
