AMLI Buckhead

"Detailed review of a 2 year lease I rented an upper floor one bedroom during my stay at AMLI Buckhead and I wanted to provide an insight about the place and the experience. Location: If you have been looking at the recent developments in the neighborhood and checking apartments to rent in this specific location, you may have noticed that AMLI owns the surrounding areas. AMLI Buckhead is the budget option of the location. You are a walking distance from Publix, Target, a convenience store and one LA Fitness. This is a big plus if you enjoy being close to shops. You also have a marta station within a 5 minutes walk. Easy access to i-85 and 400 and proximity to the city. For my cyclists out there, PATH 400 is right next to the Marta stop. This is a great environment if you do not want to drive often. Apartments: The apartment selection is great and « affordable » for the area. They are spacious and the storage space you get would definitely fit your needs as a single person. The walls are thick enough to not be worried about noise. Most windows are large with netting, so you get amazing light, fresh air when needed and almost no insects. You will be using a normal key to open your door with not double lock, so that would deter some in terms of security. All rooms come with a large double fridge with water and ice dispenser. No complain about the apartment. They covered my needs Security: The residence has security in the building, with multiple cameras throughout the parking area, stairs and entrances. Nonetheless, multiple instances of broken windows, stolen catalytic converters and forced entry were reported. I was never a direct victim of the incidents but my direct neighbor had her catalytic converter stolen. The police has been on premises more than 10 times when I lived there. The security could be improved. The access to the building requires a key fob, and each level of the building requires key fob access. Having a security camera in front of your door is a must. Leasing management: The leasing management is really attentive to your issues and will try to resolve your problems swiftly, as long as it does not involve reimbursement. A personal matter during my end of lease left a sour taste as they delayed the reimbursement by an entire month. Their account manager is not the most assiduous so make sure to put pressure if needs be. Parking: The visitor parking is nice and in direct view of the security services. There is also a large amount of free parking spaces on the outside. The reserved parking is not worth it in my opinion except if you really want to park at a specific location. There is enough parking for all residents, even a raised truck fits with no issues. Maintenance: The maintenance crew is the most efficient I have seen and will make sure all your issues are resolved promptly. No complaint on that side. In all and for all, only the safety was the prominent issue of the place, with issues that are common to most residences in the metropolitan area. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the place to anyone that wants to be city adjacent with the convenience that comes with the location."

"After the past 3 years living here Amli Buckhead is in a good location. It's a pretty quiet place, we never had any big issues with anything. A big thank you to the maintenance team they are incredibly reliable and very helpful. Taurey, thanks so much for your help. The current leasing staff team has been a pleasure to speak with and also very helpful with anything we needed help with. The Amazon lockers have been a major improvement over the years and new package room."

"I moved in one and half months ago. Living here so far, I am very satisfied. The process from my application to moving in was smooth, thanks to the leasing office, especially Katia ;) She is very kind. When I had some IT problem during my application, she helped me out, working late after 6pm..! Thanks a lot. Wonderful customer experience. I like community rooms, the pool, and the gym here. Particularly, this place is convenient to get to Lenox Mall, Lenox Park, Lenox Marta and many places like Buckhead Village, Midtown, and Emory Univ. I like living here! Btw, I wish Marie Sims Park opens soon!"

"I absolutely LOVE AMLI BUCKHEAD! I just renewed my lease for a longer term because I can't imagine living anywhere else. The building is nice, clean, well laid out and the units are spacious and luxurious. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful. My leasing agent, Cody, is also another reason why I chose Amli Buckhead. He made me feel at home and treated me like a friend. Amli Buckhead is so close to grocery stores, shops, malls and restaurants. VERY walkable! During the warmer months I love sitting on my large balcony and enjoying the view of the park. Our pool is truly like a resort and it's a great place to lay out and swim. They also have fun & free community events to celebrate special holidays or the current season. Our Cinco de Mayo event was so fun with great food, drinks, and music. Thank you to EVERYONE (Cody, Myrna, Briana, Amber, Matthew, Randy, Amanda, Meredith & the Maintenance team) who work at Amli Buckhead for creating such an amazing experience for us all! I really am home here."

"Randy Lewis was the perfect tour guide, when trying to find the best apartment in my liking. Very informative and welcoming. Knowing theres an attentive leasing rep in this building, definitely put this building on the top of my list. Most places barely want to speak to you but he was very genuine and cared about what I had to say regarding wants and concerns about choosing the best layout. Definitely would move to this Amli over the others on this campus."
