Helen, the property manager there, is absolutely fantastic. She goes above and beyond. Their grounds are also well kept and very cleanly."

"If you’re looking for quiet, “homey vibes”, great location, luxury apartments, and you’re lucky enough to find an open unit here, don’t look anywhere else! There’s a reason for lack of availability, this place is a one-of-a-kind. The management is the best, beyond all competition. Helen will treat you like family. Not only does she care for her residents, but she cares for the community and will do whatever it takes to keep everything in pristine condition and safe! The maintenance staff is top notch. I’ve never had to wait more than half a day without my requests being taken care of. A true benefit of the community being small. Every employee goes out of their way to be kind and helpful. I have been here for over 4 years, and never want to leave. The units themselves are up to date, and spacious. The balconies are actually big enough to sit out and enjoy. Everything is built well and sturdy, unlike most every other apartment in the area. Of course you can hear people walking above you, but find any living space, apartment or house, that you aren’t able to hear footsteps. All the residents are kind and respectful. I could continue to praise Residence at Chastain all day, but it is truly the best place in all of Atlanta."

"This was the best apartment complex I have ever lived in, I was so sad to leave! Helen leads a great team who work diligently on ensuring all of our problems (of which there were few because it was such a great place!) were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are spacious, offer plenty of cabinet and closet space, and are very well maintained. I cannot recommend this complex enough!"
