"Ridiculous price for a "luxury" one bedroom apartment but unfortunately there isn't any better priced alternatives that are decent looking. I am charged $5 a month for pest control who I have never seen spray other than one time where I had to request someone to come kill the massive ant colony inhabiting my apartment. You are also required to pay $25 a month for valet trash service which only stinks up the hallway from people leaving trash sitting out there and I have never once used it. I would much rather walk the 100 yards to the trash shoot and dispose of my garbage instantly. The only thing "luxury" about this place is the tall ceilings which I could not care less about. As long as my head doesn't touch the ceiling then that is fine by me. Unless I seal up any groceries/food in an airtight container it is overrun by ants within the next day. I have a trash can with a sealed top that the ants come under my front door and get in my trash that does not sit long. I am attaching pictures of some of the ants I have killed on my own with stuff I paid for myself. I have had ants crawl across my face as I lay in my bed which has never been eaten in so there is no food for them there. Edit. Ants in my medicine 2 weeks after I requested pest control and the place was allegedly sprayed. I’m paying $2000 a month to have everything be infested with ants."

"I must say it's been a pleasure to live here. I've stayed on the property since August of 2023. It's peaceful, the staff are friendly, & any requests are handled in a timely manner (usually the same day). I rarely give reviews but Shianti, Marriah, and Audra have made this a great experience!! I look forward to renewing my lease!"

"Update: This place is STILL the worst! My 1st apartment that I stayed in was broken into. The trash company they use picks and choose when they want to take your trash, but of course the fee is included in the rent. Just last month, I had the entire maintenance staff walk in on me as I getting out the shower claiming that they "knocked twice" and despite the fact that I have repeatedly told them not to entire my place without permission. The last time they did, I wasn't home and the alarm went off. They tried to use my old code to enter. When i reported them walking in on me, the front desk said "i'll let them know". Let them know what?? It's in my file not to enter w/o permission 1st!!! I will not be renewing this year, and received a call from the front desk, conveniently 6 days after the 60 day notice went into place, resulting in me having to possibly pay an extra $600 month to month fee (could be more). The walls are thin, the other residents throw trash on top of your trash. People will literally have food on the carpets in the hall. I do not recommend this place!!!!!"

"Living at ,,Collection’’ was a great experience, beautiful apartment, convenient parking and well maintained pool. The office staff, especially Shianti, is very professional, compassionate and eager to help residents out. One of the best rental that I lived in so far!"

"I lived there for 2 years and I was reluctant to leave because I loved the location. The truth is the location isn't worth the headache of this building. Pros: the location is amazing. The neighborhood is walkable and has a ton of conveniences at your doorstep. Parking is plentiful. The grounds are somewhat clean and management does well with resident engagement activities. Cons: As someone mentioned before the walls are paper thin and the outside noise from the trash removers, leaf blowers, landscapers and everything else is loud if you live in the front of the building. You can complain about the noise coming directly from your neighbors but the staff is just going to lie and say your neighbors are moving out which is why it was loud. I don't know how tenants are moving out every few months but ok. Next, I moved out and placed a very expensive perfume collection worth over $1,000 AND my Apple airpods in the cabinet for safekeeping so they wouldn't get broken by movers. I forgot the perfume/airpods were in the cabinet when I turned in my keys. I called the property two days later only for them to lie and say no one has seen them. If they clean the apartments like they say they do, how is that possible? My airpods location was still there so I know they were lying. They also lied and said I could come back and check the apartment but when I got there, they would not let me enter the unit. Lastly, they sent me a bill for carpet cleaning stating I had "heavy traffic stains". 1. I paid a monthly deposit premium so why are you billing me when you should be tapping the deposit premium? 2. Here is the photo they sent me of the carpet. Heavy stains where??? In conclusion, they lie, steal, and fabricate move-out costs."
