"My girlfriend and I really enjoyed living here. It’s walking distance to a park and some pretty good restaurants. We lived here for about 3 years and it was great. The amenities were well maintained, never had a maintenance request go incomplete for more than a day, and this is still the best property management company I’ve ever had to deal with. Including the apartment I now live in, I have had to deal with at least 5 other management companies in other neighborhoods from my college years and ZRS is easily the best. Everyone is very responsive, never had an issue with any of the agents and Tiara is especially always on top of it. I recently called back to ask about re issuing my security deposit refund and she was more on it than I was. Best customer service I’ve ever had from a leasing agent (especially when I didn’t even live there anymore) and from a property management company."

"I’m going to miss living here! Moved solely for the purpose of just needing and wanting a change of scenery. Everyone at the leasing office was great the entire year and some change I lived here, and the staff did not change a bit, which says a lot (to me) in the leasing/apartment industry. Whenever I had questions or needed something, I was met with prompt, professional and kind responses. I didn’t need much in the way of maintenance but they were always prompt and pleasant as well. The neighbors don’t bother you and the building and surrounding area feels safe, even late at night. My only concern would be, echoing another reviewer, the parking garage. People drive entirely too fast and don’t always stick to their side, so it can feel treacherous; some mirrors or harshly enforced deck rules wouldn’t be a bad idea to me. Thanks everyone for keeping such a great property!"

"Gateway Chastain has been a wonderful stopping point for me as a mom whose children left the nest for college. After selling our family home in this area, I wanted a temporary living arrangement that kept me near Chastain Park, was big enough for all of us, and felt safe enough for me when the kids were away at school. This property met all of my requirements. The numerous amenities are fantastic and include a resort-style pool, secured parking and entry doors, an amazing workout facility, community spaces, green spaces, grills, fire pits, a dog park and wash, package lockers, trash valet, dry cleaning pickup/dropoff, and a business center with free coffee! You can also get storage units on-site and reserved parking spaces by paying a nominal extra fee. I always felt safe, which was very important to me. The units have tall ceilings and wonderful balconies, and there are regular events for community members. The maintenance staff is extremely responsive and friendly, ensuring the units are properly maintained. Bobby is always so helpful! The folks in the leasing office are the absolute best! Tiara, David, and Quentin always greet you with a smile, a helpful attitude, and a genuine desire to make your day easier and brighter. I always left their offices feeling better about my day. Although Audra moved properties, she was a delight as well. I have enjoyed nearly 18 months here and it is bittersweet to be moving on to a permanent residence. I am so grateful to each of the staff members for being a special part of this transition phase of my life! :-)"

"I moved into Gateway Chastain a month ago and don’t regret the decision at all. The leasing office was friendly and helpful. I never felt uncomfortable and after visiting 3 times to tour decided to make my home here. The process was smooth and the state of the complex amazing. It has every amenity on my list with my favorite 2 being the dog park and dogwash. The gym is amazing though I do miss rowing. My apartment has a wall against the garage/stairs and the noise is minimal. The hallways and garage are kept clean and smelling fresh. I strongly recommend Gateway as a true luxury complex. Oh and the location is one of the best."

"My wife and I called Gateway Chastain home for almost 4 years and we loved every second of it! The complex and units were very well maintained and the amenities were endless. In our time there, the leasing office NEVER drastically raised rent. It was always very reasonable. Tiara has been there from the beginning and is always very friendly and helpful. If you ever had an issue, she would be the first person to apologize and make sure everything got sorted out. If you are looking for a beautiful apartment with a FANTASTIC location, look no further than Gateway!!"
