"I am thoroughly impressed with Camden! The whole staff from Kiyah, Brianna, Jessica, and management - was extremely helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to ensure I was situated and prepared. Their customer service was exceptional and from someone that has Walt Disney customer service training..they naturally touched so many points that take it to the extra mile! Just a note for getting ahold of office: It is a little difficult to get ahold of staff with corporate phone structure. Off-site staff was helpful but weren't consistent with relaying details to office staff and sometimes required us to request things twice. But overall great experience and beautiful building and ammenities!"
"It's been a year since I moved into Camden Buckhead, and I thought I should share my experience. Thus far, I've been happy to live here. I have a two-bedroom unit with a den, and it's spacious. The units have a modern and fresh look. Everyone is always blown away when they walk in. The community is truly beautiful. I have interacted with nearly everyone on the staff, and they have all been kind. Obviously, no community is perfect. There were some areas of opportunity that have been addressed with the addition of the new property manager, Noe. He has never been too busy to address any of my concerns, and I appreciate that level of service. If you're considering moving here, I would say not to allow outdated experiences and opinions to deter you from experiencing Camden for yourself."
"This is not somewhere you want to move. My approval was revoked on my move in day I have been calling for a month in reference to my admin fee refund and have gotten no information. The front office staff NEVER answers the phone and the staff is very demeaning and negligent. Save your time the hassle and move somewhere else"
"My Camden experience personally has been excellent even tho the property is very high profile I feel security and concierge and the leasing agents here do such a good job at making sure us residents feel safe and secure. but more than anything my leasing agent Lorren has made me feel at home and is very comforting when it comes resident notifications, alerts, bill pay, maintenance etc etc.! with that being said I definitely refer you-but I don’t (I love my privacy) - to stop by and do a tour with her any day Monday- Friday between 9am-6pm."
