"My experience here has been nothing but the best and it started back in March of 2019 when I went through the leasing process. I was treated like someone of importance and they wanted me here to stay. The property is maintained and clean, very quiet and a safe space of living. Even the maintenance staff have always been nice to me and professional. The only problem I’ve had was when my rent went up to about $400.00, it was a very hard pill to swallow but I was mostly appreciative for getting a phone call from the leasing office ahead of time about the increase. I’ve had guest who have not only complemented me on the area I live(Alpharetta) but the apartment complex as well. I would recommend anyone to live here."

"I absolutely love this community. It's 15 mins and less from everything great in Alpharetta and across the street from shopping and dining. It's quiet and has great amenities include a resort style pool, conference room, business area with computers and printers (helped me out big time when my computer went down,) etc. It has a beautiful resort pool and two courtyards. My apartment overlooked the larger courtyard with a fountain, enchanting lighting when it got dark, and lots of greenery. I enjoyed spending my evenings on my balcony with a cup of something taking in the peace and calm. If you're looking for relaxation, this is the next best thing to sitting by a flowing river. The staff is fantastic, especially Christine who is always very responsive and helpful through every stage of my stay here. The staff is great. Not a single complaint. I'd recommend this complex to anyone."

"How do we even start to explain this review. My husband and I had reached the end of wanting to own a house. We set out on a journey to sell our house and was under contract in 2 days. We closed in 3 weeks from listing day. We had no clue where we wanted to move so we checked out a few complexes and knew from the minute we walked in at AMLI, this place was it. Lisha met us and gave us the tour and has been our guardian angel getting us through all our own chaos and moving in to AMLI. The place is like living in a resort. We feel like we are on vacation!! The residents are super friendly, the community is very clean and well maintained. We've met several people is casual passing. Even the lady who was vacuuming the hallway was smiling and greeting people this morning. You name it, they have it... pool, gardens, cyber cafe, two level gym, lots of little nooks and crannies to just curl up outside and read a book or do a telework meeting. We hope to be here for a long time!! Even our 19 yr old kitty is living it up enjoying the sun on our deck and the garden. Thank You Lisha and the entire staff!! "Amli Northpoint is like living at a resort. I overlook the pool & the view is amazing. You can also hear the relaxing fountains. Maintenance is lighting fast. I put in a request today & it's already fixed. Lisha is always running around smiling & is so helpful. I recently had major eye surgery & couldn't handle the sun coming into my apartment. Lisha reached out to maintenance last Wednesday to make sure my curtains were being hung. Maintenance will do special requests on Wednesdays. No matter how busy they are, you're always taken care of."
