"Rerserve at Birch Creek has a very poor management team. It’s time to break the silence. Everything that was submitted in the application was not taken into consideration which we only asked for 2 things, an upgraded unit and top floor. That was not accommodated. We told the manager Ms. Angela Harris about our move in requests, she even helped with the process but like I said everything she wrote down she did not let the leasing consultant Destanee know any info. It just seems like they really don’t give a damn. Now recently Atlanta Police Department and crime scene investigators came out. Handled everything with them. Went to the rent office and my husband walked in and was trying to speak with manager Ms. Terry. Before he could finish his sentence she interrupted him and said you need to make an appointment. I don’t want to hear about no appointment. Security is only here when leasing office is open, hell if they even show up at all. Then Ms. Terry says they don’t have security 24 hour in Alpharetta or any other city in Atlanta. Ma’am, yes they do if not security they damn sure have cameras. What kind of community manager says that to a resident? And this is why we requested what we requested at the start of application process in August. Being that the apartment management doesn’t even care to listen to a concerning matter needs to be looked at. Because everything they say is a lie it’s not true. Our apartment wasn’t even fully ready. We still missing doors and bathroom cabinets and the cold water in 2nd bathroom still doesn’t work and we put in several maintenance requests and spoke to management about it. Nothing has been done but I bet you’ll want the RENT ON TIME. I’m so frustrated words can’t even explain."

"The the older black lady that i think is the office manager is the rudest human I have ever met. The smartest thing this apartment complex can do is replace her with someone who actually likes people."

"This is not a good place to live and it is not safe. The management team is piss poor, the apartments say newly renovated and it’s not. I was put in a unit with no working AC. The apartments are roach and mice infested, non-working smoke detectors, wobbly balcony's and a mound of illegal activity. By the way they don’t tell you that the on site pool isn’t open for use. They trick you into getting in here then act like they didn’t know that this type of activity goes on. Management never answers the phone or responds to emails. Plus there’s a list of thing in the new apartment I just got that needs maintenance. I’ve only been here less than 60 days and one of my cars was stolen and the other they tried to steal but couldn’t, they damaged my steering column 2 weeks after I moved in so I’m on MARTA now. The management won’t address my concerns nor will they let me out my lease. I say that to say this…. Please do not choose this place as your home especially if you have children. This place needs to be shut down and all management personnel needs to be fired."

"I just moved here and the move in process was excellent. Chanteasa was really helpful and I absolutely loved that. I especially love the location. Great place to live! Management team is very nice and accommodating, all service requests are completed within 24 hrs. The apartments are very nice and complex. I highly recommend living at The Reserve at Birch Creek!! Over all, I see I myself living here for a while."

"The Reserve @ Birch Creek is the old Cascade Glen apartment it a big complex, but the only thing I don't like about it, when u trying to get in it a big steep going down was u driving, & was u trying to come out praying that u don't get hit by another car, also u get the 183 lakewood bus to put u off in front of the complex, if u cross the street there a bus stop where u can caught the 183 lakewood bus back to lakewood train station, but also it a trash problem that been going on for along time, I snapped this picture of the trash that build up in the front of the apartment, not knowing if the compactor is working, because someone is messing up the South Fulton community trash is everywhere, someone in that apartment is not calling the garage person to come & get there trash, the place i live at doesn't have a gate, so that leaves that apartment not doing the right thing & messing up the community, it was some news about the Cascade Glen apartment before they change their names, troubles about the trash bill up"
