"As a resident for quite some time and having had my share of horrible experiences with management and maintenance in the past, I would like to take this opportunity to give praise to the new maintenance and management team, huge shout out to Melissa Blanton in the Leasing office who has turned this complex around in the few weeks she's been here. She truly has the residents best interest at heart."

"I have lived here for more than four years and the recent waves of change of management staff has made the apartment the worse in sandy springs, my fridge has been moved from its original position to the middle of my unit and i have been going there to complain but nobody seems to care from the new property manager , the assistant property manager and the maintenance staff. Even the assistant property manager has the effrontery to send me a mail this morning, that moving of my fridge to the original position is not priority work and FYI the request has been going on for four months. Practically nothing works in this apartment complex, Gym not working, unnecessary billing in terms of water and sewer services. probably moving my fridge to the original position will be a priority after all my food is spoilt"

"It has been an absolute nightmare living here. This was once was one of the best places in Sandy Springs to live. The new office staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. None of the amenities work I mean absolutely none the gym door has been broken for 4 months, the adult swings are damaged, the fire pit is full of trash and inoperable , the grills do not have propane, and don’t expect the pool to be open. The now management person has been here a week and is basically a seat filler no knowledge of property management, extremely rude and refuses to answer any questions about my concerns. I have lived in the complex over 5 years BH management you have to do better. It’s not worth the almost $2k a month I’m paying. The portal does not accept maintenance request, and they never answer the phone in the office.Trash is all over the complex and piled up all over the compactor. There has been 4 property managers in the last year and 3 property management companies."
