"Lived here for the better part of 5 years and I am really going to miss it! Even though the property changed management companies 2 or 3 times while we were here, the staff remained friendly and professional. Some of my favorite things were grilling by the pool, riding my bike on the greenway, and walking to brunch at the Halcyon on the weekend. Loved calling this place home."

"Update: My original review below still stands. I wanted to call out Jone for all that he does for The Venue Big Creek community. That man is here 12+ hours a day with a huge smile on his face making sure every resident is happy and content with their experience as a resident. He is a valuable asset to this community and quick to brighten anyone's day in passing. That man deserves a medal for all that he does and puts up with for people he barely knows. Thank you Jone! Venue Big Creek community has been great overall. Quality of life and the growing community around it has also been great. I’ve had great experiences with maintenance (Thanks Jone & Stanley!) Only things I wish they would improve on would be turf or grass at the dog park. Doesn’t seem unreasonable given the amount residents pay for dogs here... Lastly, the rates have been increasing unreasonably for current long term residents. Rates go up but no improvements are happening that would directly benefit the residents. If they made some upgrades to the units or amenities along with the growth in rates it would make more sense. Overall, I have enjoyed my time living here among great residents and a solid environment."

"I’ve been a resident at the Venue Big Creek for the past 4 years. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and the staff is amazing. Marquia and her staff are extremely friendly and they help you with anything you need. Their response time is phenomenal whether it’s maintenance request, concerns, or just general questions. Stanley is the best maintenance man I’ve ever had because he doesn’t just fix the issue, he will get to the root cause of the problem. This complex is clean, pet friendly, and great for children. They hold fun events for the residents and the pool is extremely nice. In all, I love staying here!"

"WOW, so I go to wash my car to find the car care center gated up and a dog sink installed. No notice, no survey to tenants if it's even wanted. What a way to find out the resident car wash has been turned into a dog washing center. Dogs can be washed in the tub. I can't wash my car in the tub. This after they create a dog park instead of using the area for resident kids to safely play instead of playing in the parking lot."
