Artesia Big Creek

"Although Artesia at Big Creek is such a beautiful complex to live, I cannot give 5 out of 5 stars. Amber at the front is the most amazing human to have worked here & the maintenance is handled extremely quickly. The amenities are impeccable and the floor plans are lovely. Unfortunately, there are some grey areas that NEED to be addressed. Other than Amber, the front staff are not friendly/approachable about issues. You are met with attitude and dismissiveness. Also, the fire alarms. They have gone off (anywhere from 10pm to 3am) three out of the last 5 nights. The explanation was because of the cold weather, which I understand, but that does not dismiss the fact that they were continuously going off before the winter arrived. We are not offered any kind of compensation much less a simple email with an idea of what is going on. I love the property & would recommend it to anyone, but these problems need to be addressed from a higher level."

"Over all my experience has been good here at Artesia Big Creek and I would recommend it to others. The amenities and location are fantastic. The other tenants are friendly and create a good community atmosphere. There have been a few issues with the Fire Alarm that have since been addressed. Any maintenance concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly."

"I have been a resident here for almost 4 years and I have never been happier. The building and the amenities are beautiful and very well kept. The hallways are always quiet and clean and the convenience of having a parking garage that can connect to the level you live is another amazing perk. Tashina, has been amazing throughout these years and any request I ask she always accommodates. She truly is the best!"

"I have enjoyed living at Artesia Big Creek since September 2020. Overall, I have really loved living here. I love my apartment space. Maintenance is always quick to respond to requests, as is the leasing office staff. It is very clean and safe. I enjoy the residents as well. I look forward to more social events."

"If I am being honest, I do really enjoy living at Artesia. With any complex you will always have negatives and positives. I do enjoy most of the staff, I always enjoy working with Tashina if she is in office! The gym and pool are some of the best I’ve seen! Now, a couple downfalls. The doors between parking garage and getting into the buildings, some lock and some don’t. Just a little surprised to keep things safer they don’t want to keep those in good shape. Speaking of parking garage, love that it’s covered, but it does get backed up with water if it rains. Overall, love living here with a few things that could be worked on."
