"DON'T BE FOOLED!! So, on Sunday, January 28th, 2018, I got up ready to chill out in my apartment. I was talking to my friend Kris otp at the time. I noticed it smelled like rat pee, but no rat or mouse in site or anything like that. I went into the fridge to get something to drink. I heard a noise from behind me and I turned to run but the cabinet with all of my dishes fell on me. Knocked me out. My phone slid into the dining room. Kris was on the phone, but I was out. The next thing I remember was the Police booming on the door. I had to crawl from underneath the cabinet with the broken dishes. Ambulance came, checked me out, and the police said, "Who's genius idea was it to put the outlet behind the moldy cabinet?" Never rent from Highland Woods Apartments in Riverdale, GA. They tried so hard to cover their tracks. SMP Management Properties was their name. Don't do business with them. Decided to hire Montlick and Associate to take the case. The Lawyer told me he would never take a case he couldn't win. I said okay, what's the next move? He wanted me to do therapy, chiropractor and etc. After going through that long process, going to all those appointments, the lawyer then told me less than a month before the statue of limitations ran out... that he exerted his resources, and if they took it to court, it wouldn't be a win. I wouldn't recommend anyone using them for representation. They just changed the name to Crystal but the real name is Highland Woods in Riverdale. A man got shot in the head right in front of that complex."
