"This is a beautiful property located in the heart of the Perimeter Area and two miles from the City Center of Sandy Springs. The property manager is amazing and extremely helpful! She has done so much in the way of improving the property and increasing the overall safety and security of the building! As with any apartment community, there are still some things that need addressed, but I am now certain that they ultimately will be handled!"

"My husband and I have been living in Peachtree Dunwoody Place for more than 6 years. As in any rental property, there are things that can be improved. However, in the big picture these things are quite few. The location is very good, very walkable if this is what you are looking for. What does make us happy about this place is really the staff. The team is very competent and the property manager, Lindsay, is excellent. She is knowledgeable, eager to help, pleasant and is someone you can definetely trust. It is clear that she is a very experience professional and knows the building really well. Great place to live!"

"I've called PDP my his home for 8 months now and could not be happier. The location is perfect for me, with the wide choices or dining and shopping, to easy access to MARTA rail and proximity to my workplace on/area Ga Tech. The surrounding area is perfect for walking/jogging. The facilities and staff are amazing, the building and common areas well kept, and any maintenance requests receive prompt responses and taken care of professionally. My the neighbors are very friendly and inviting, both the ones on my floor and others I've met in the halls and pool. Lindsay and everyone in the front office are wonderful, top-notch people and have always treated me professionally and with friendly smiles. I cannot say enough good things about them and the whole crew. I know I will continue to enjoy my home at PDP for years to come."

"We have lived here for the past year with our toddler and absolutely love it. The office staff & maintenance are amazing! Lindsay & Debbie are always so kind & helpful whenever we need them. Maintenance is usually taken care of pretty quickly. It’s been the same staff since we moved in, which has been refreshing and shows how well they run things. The apartments are pretty spacious & everyone that lives here is nice. We’ve had such a great experience here & have decided to stay for another year."
