"Sorry but the apartments are country oaks not providence of cascade that was the old owners before you guys. But to make a long story shot. Its management that’s all it is. They cater to the maintenance and all the maintenance did was steal and say they did the work. Instead of management going to come and check behind the work. Like management supposed to do they they in that office like they at home and it doesn’t make any since and they always putting the blame on the owner Samson he said this he said that he shouldn’t have to to say anything if they were doing their job. Samson fire management Asap! Promise you’ll see different and make you some money. Start from the head on down and you’ll get better tenants."
"Went to the rent office and asked about a one or two bedrooms. The lady in the office claimed they had nothing available however as I notice leaving the office going back to visit my mom house there where plenty of empty apartment's. I have been on there waiting list for four years now. When they first remodel these apartments and the was accepting applications then. I ask them about that two and they said they couldn't find my information. Smdh."
