"Long overdue review. This place is home and a little too good to be true. From the apartments, to the extremely awesome and efficient people running it, sometimes its hard to believe how they hold themselves to such high accountability. This is not just an apartment complex but a little community that comes together and stays together. Regular events, regular upkeep, daily breakfast, recreation programs, gym lessons, monthly books and a place so beautiful, it feels unreal. There is always something happening here and the moment you leave, you think about when you will be back. I wish there was an option for 6 stars."

"I’ve been at Walton Riverwood for 1 month, and my experience so far has been excellent. The staff is always helpful and accommodating and you can tell that the staff and residents take pride in the Walton Riverwood community. Almost everyone I’ve met has been very friendly and waking up to the breakfast treats and coffee (and Tina’s greetings!) is a great way to start the day! The amenities are fantastic as well, especially the gym I look forward to participating in some of the Walton Riverwood events. The attached photo is the view 1st thing in the morning by the dog park. The view from the top floor patio is amazing at night."

"I normally don’t leave reviews of apartment complexes while I’m living there, but this is an exception. I’ve lived here for four years. Over that time the property has improved and the management and ownership has remained stable, which many communities can’t say. The management is consistently engaging residents to build community, hosting all kinds of events on the lawn, food trucks, trivia nights, and more, even including grab and go breakfast on your way to work. Oh, and there’s a coffee machine in the lounge. And the folks who never get the glory: maintenance. They are kind, friendly, and in and out as quick as possible. Like most places, if you need something fixed, they are there in 48 hrs or less, unless it’s an emergency. I’ve never lived at one community this long, and honestly don’t expect to leave until I buy a house. Oh, and if you have a dog, they have what may be the largest dog run in Atlanta! And if you have a cat, well, meow?"
