"I been living here since first built and definitely has declined since first management team and Jessica left. New management staff has no set business system in place, very incompetent, no consistent word track nor accountability for their actions. To many options in ATL to deal with people who let a title get to their head and interfere with business or honoring they word. Stay away‼️"

"I had make this review awhile back since then they have changed management and I can say this is not the place you want to be anymore. So much people have been complaining about rodents, insects things not being fixed things being stolen and how rude the new management has been. The staff is very friendly and informative, they work with me and my family every step of the way to get us in. The complex is very clean and beautiful and everyone is so friendly. The pool area and the grill area I must say is my favorite so far it’s clean and the beautiful. The gym open for wherever you get off from work or before work the public areas are clean and smell good. As soon as I had a problem in the apartment they were so quick to fix it and solve the problem . all my years of renting this is the best and cleanest property I have lived on and the office area has free snack and some of the best coffee , latte and cappuccino around all and all my experience is the best I have."

"Had the opportunity to tour the complex and I must say from the environment, to the residents I seen, all the way to the staff members I enjoyed myself and honestly felt like I belonged to call this place home. Rannna & Dom were super helpful as there personally made me comfortable enough to share my information while I waited to be assisted. They Offered me tea and coffee, as well as light refreshments while I waited for Lamar to gather all of my application materials I have sent over. They worked seamlessly together to make my experience even better then how it looks on the property and I look forward to speaking with them soon."

"I had a great time with Don who provided me with one of the best property tours I’ve been on in a while. She was the utmost kind, hilarious, & highly professional in answering all of my questions. Don gets 5 stars from me! However, the structure, floor plans, & overall design of the apartments don’t quite meet the criteria that I’m looking for in the place I’d call home. Not only that, I feel that the outstanding reviews need to be addressed for they are highly concerning."
