"Friendly staff Maintenance and grounds keepers very professional and polite.With a large community you would expect it to be loud but it is very quiet and majority of the residents are hard working and respectful individuals. Kid and pet friendly environment. Don't let the location or surroundings fool you from giving this place a try."
"Reserve at riverdale is a quiet clean place to live here. It is quiet and clean. When I moved in the unit was very clean I had a few issues that needed to be fix the reserve management took care of those minor things on the first day for me I was very satisfied thanks to the professional management team. I would recommend this community to live in very pleasant. COME ON MOVE IN PEOPLE."

Knowledgeable, friendly, and professional are just a few words I will use to describe office manager Toni, my apartment is lovely and I’m excited to once again have a place not just to live but to call home!"
"New Management, new attitude. From the application process to moving in, everything was a breeze! The leasing manager, Toni, was there every step of the way. She made sure she kept in touch and updated us on our unit until it was ready for move in. Also, allowed us to move in a week early. I love my newly renovated townhouse at an amazing price! Maintenance works fast for any request. No complaints!"
