"I am a secret shopper from AAA department and I have visited a property Stonebrook apartment and I would have to say I have not experienced a property manager with such an condescending and down right unprofessional in quite some time. I kept hearing certain things about this property so I had to come see for myself. And in my honest opinion, my time at Stonebrook Property manager Brandon Whatley is a complete disgrace to this property. I don't see how he lasted as long. He is condescending, have very unwelcoming approach and energy. He comes across as arrogant, disrespectful, and short patient. I asked a question and he completely cut me off. The unit Risa showed me was very old and roaches was everywhere. Smelled like mold throughout the apartment. He definitely should not a property manger at any communities. I shortly discovered after speaking to one of the vendors is he(property manager Brandon) bribe the vendors and tenants to leave good reviews on google. Fraud reviews is unacceptable and it makes the property look extremely distasteful."

"RUN, DO NOT RENT AN APARTMENT HERE…. I came to view a apartment couple days ago and I will not rent from this place. The staff Brandon is very rude and Condescending. He really is good at being nice nasty. He had a judgmental look when I explained my occupation. He gave me a strange look.. Risa or Lisa I believe her name has the same attitude. She comes off as overly nice with a rude undertone when explaining the information of the apartment. You can just tell it’s fake. They are roach Infestation, the apartment is renovated but it needs a lot more work. They are high priced for little space you get. I would not recommend moving to these apartment at STONEBROOK"
"Stonebrook was a joke prior to the new staff. Brandon & Risa have made the community a much better environment, and they care about all of their residents. Rent increases have made it harder to move, but Brandon has helped us transition into affordable amounts for rent, and Risa explains everything so sweetly with empathy and compassion. Great work B & R!"
