"It's the fact that I've only been here two months and things are constantly breaking down. My garage door has broken down once again 12/24/23 and this is only month two, when washing my clothes, I can't even shower if I wanted to due to the hot water not working! I pay over 2K and my cabinet wallpapers are peeling as well as the baseboards paint chipping. The bathroom paint to make it look white is peeling and cracking because god forbid I leave the soap where it's supposed to go and it starts to get the paint wet or soft where it peels. . This is insane! I am so sorry, but I am contacting Cobb County Nuisance, because there is no way this is legal! Then the audacity of the team to contact you if you take the grace period to pay your rent... I feel like because I am black you are texting not as a courtesy, but as a reminder to pay your rent! To think I have literally 10 months to go.. Repairing the outside, but the inside is breaking down. Great community as far as quiet, but the insides, well mine is a mess and I am unhappy!"

"Wow is all I can say. I have lived here for over 3 years now and this complex has gone downhill. The new property manager does not return calls, issues are never addressed, breeze ways are dirty - they won't give a timeline of when pressure washing should be done, there's always leaks around the complex. My water bill has doubled over the years and my electric is always around $400 for 1450 sqft.... they don't do upgrades to anything important and won't correctly fix issues. The maintenance folks (luis) are STELLAR. But the leasing office should be let go and re-staffed. I WONT BE RENEWING. AVOID SYNC AT ALL COSTS!! Over paying for terrible quality of living. Try magnolia across the street"

"I loved the apt that I saw: 2bd/2ba with garage. The property appeared clean and the security gate worked. I had to wait 2.5 hrs to view the apt as the leasing agent wasn't available but had available appts on line. I returned to the office to inquire about the numerous available appt and the agent agreed to help me. She explained she was doing packages. I could not go home as the distance was too far. The community was close to nearby shopping which was really good. I toured the model unit and it was very clean and nicely decorated. Except for the pool, I did not see any amenities. The agent was very friendly and professional once I was helped. Maybe more people should be on staff for the weekend. I initially felt dismissed but one helped it was fine."

"The overall look of the complex of a whole is nice. But for the prices that are charged in rent, there are things tenants shouldn't have to put up with. The water is cut to the property at least once a month, the gate breaks and needs repair far too many times, and due to the constant repairs needed to fix the pipes around the complex(hence the constant shut offs) the Internet connectivity and power is often affected as well. The units themselves, while nice and spacious, have issues as well. My unit has a leaky ceiling. Again, for the price point, these issues are very annoying."

"This is why the residents of the sync at vinings are paying $70, $80, $100.00 water bills. The water is shut off due to unknown reasons at least 3 times a month. They do this and leave the bill to the residents. This place is careless and hood. Five stars for the maintenance team those men are quick, kind and amazing. That’s the only positive point about this place"
