"I worked for RAM back in 2021 and while the job itself was good, I had awful management. I had a meeting about performance where I received a raise and then was let go a few weeks later for clocking in on my phone (LOL) and that manager had turned in her two weeks as well. I didn't make a big deal about it but RAM does not protect its employees. I also didn't receive my last bonus as a result of being let go before the end of the pay period. A month of move ins that I didn't receive a single dime for. Waste of time and energy."

"I was notified of lease terms charges totaling $1,007.15 way over the 30 days required time frame by law. Apt 20226 This notification was sent by email on August of 2023 and my lease ended in May 2023 was. Unfortunately this was reported to all 3 credit bureau agencies by 2 different collections companies, for the same debt/charges of $1,007.15. I paid Transworld and brought the account current. I called both agencies and they both advised the debt is with them from Wildwood Ridge apartments/ Ram property managment. Transworld System Inc and 2nd agency reporting for the same debt Professionals Debt Mediat. Wildwood Ridge apartments Phase 1. Rams mgt sold this debt twice. Even though I paid the collection this is affecting me because of this company's reckless oversight and disregard for their past and future tenants. Unfortunately I have not been able to rent any apartments because of this discrepancy my kids and I have to stay in a hotel. astorage unit. I called Wildwood Ridge and was told I need to email the property manager Francisco Martinez @ rams mgt and I never received a response back. I have dispute this with the credit bureaus."

"I lived at the links of pebble creek in Florida. It was the best place I’ve ever been at. Bethany makes sure everything is kept up inside and outside the units. She works so hard to ensure we are all happy as tenants. I had to move back to WI to take care of my son and I miss living there. Hoping some day soon I can move back and enjoy the best place in Florida."

"DO NOT RENT ANY UNITS FROM RAM PROPERTIES!! They will severely overcharge you and add in extra hidden fees. The properties they own aren’t worth what they’re charging. They just want your money to line their pockets. Their porches and stair cases are falling apart and their units are constantly breaking because they do little to no upkeep. The properties with “public” washers and dryers are always broken oh yeah and they charge you extra to use them as if you weren’t paying enough. If they have a pool or tennis court, guarantee they aren’t up keeping them either. The third party services they use are sub par at best. I’ve rented from many places and never have I seen such a terrible property management company."
