Graysen has been incredibly helpful in every way. From helping us find our perfect units to always being super responsive and supportive with any of our needs, we are so thankful to have the Cortland community! We loved it so much here that after our first lease was up and moving across the country, we recently moved back! Would highly recommend this complex to anyone considering it!"

"I love this place! When I came for my tour I had a couple apartments in mind and Graysen showed me one more, which is the one I chose. She was very warm, welcoming and made the move in a breeze. The apartments are very clean with nice appliance and the amenities are GREAT! I highly recommend checking it out if your looking in the area."

"Moved here in 11/2023! Literally one of the most beautiful, peaceful and modern area I’ve ever lived. I lived in Miami Shores, Gangnam South Korea & even LA I wouldn’t have pegged Atlanta as one of the luxury places. I was happily proven wrong. I had never even visited the Battery before I moved into the CORTLAND so I wasn’t really familiar with the area but you cannot and I mean CANNOT compare the ease of the community to any other location. The application process was simplistic but detailed. You can complete almost everything online and the leasing office and team are the sweetest and most helpful. I moved from a. Completely different state but they feel like family. Not overbearing, but extremely welcoming. Graysen, Leigh-Anne & Tobenna are honestly, the sweetest people and they will have no problem going that extra mile to help you feel at home ✨❤️ The location? I can sneeze from my balcony and someone at the stadium could bless me. But the noise level isn’t too bad, the building is solid and sound proof. Now, of course there’s cheaper places to rent but I feel like the safety, the amenities, the layouts and benefits are priceless. I would never advise anyone to live outside of there means, but there’s not point in working hard to go home to a place you do not LOVE and that’s not worth waking up at 7am meetings to keeps. The CORTLAND is worth it 100 fold!!"

"I’ve been so disappointed with my experience here. The complex does not care about you, and will apologize time and time again for not responding to critical maintenance issues. After countless apologies still, nothing is done. I’ve had numerous apartment floods. We had to venture out and get wet vacs because maintenance never showed up. The next day they brought me a dehumidifier, it did not work. Had another flood, took days for maintenance to even come up to my apartment. Great location, but in all of the apartments I’ve lived in, I’ve never experienced a greater lack in response to issues. You’d think after multiple issues they’d have more social awareness and be more responsive, but the fact of the matter is that they don’t care about resident concerns. All about the $$$"

Graysen Stroud (leasing agent) took great care of me throughout my 6 month stay. Her professional attitude and pleasant disposition was refreshing.
