"I had a great experience at The Flats at Westshore! I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon requesting a tour (I did not have an appointment). Even though the Leasing Office was crowded, Tanisha took the time to warmly greet me, offered me refreshments, and let me know she'd be with me asap.When it was my turn, she focused solely on me. She listened to my needs, in respect to my budget, then presented me with the best possible floor plans that allowed me to get me the most bang for my buck. Tanisha was extremely professional and knowledgeable, but most importantly, she made me feel like she genuinely cared about my housing needs and wanted to find a home that worked best for me. She was so patient with me on the tour and answered ALL of my questions (she even could list the square footage of the units off the top of her head)! The units were spacious, clean, and have many luxurious upgrades. The amenities offered and the plans for growing the surrounding retail community make The Flats at Westshore a high-end option for apartment living. Over the last few days, I have toured many apartments, and I can guarantee, hands-down, that The Flats at Westshore is a premier community that I highly recommend. They have a beautiful property and a top-notch staff."

"We love living here. It's super clean, safe, in an amazing location, and while management can be strict about certain things they do a great job maintaining the property. This is by far my favorite apartment complex I have lived in. I didn't give 5 stars because I've had a couple of communication issues with staff but no apartment complex is perfect and this one is close!!"
