"I moved in here because of the reviews, and mostly it has been fine. Although, there are random fire alarms at various parts of the day, i have parked in front of my building less than auxiliary parking, and the facilities are a bit gross at times with white water and mold growing, certain things also do not function in some apartments like shower fans and even door handles. This place is fine if you are okay putting up with issues of that nature and hounding the maintenance staff for help. (This is both mine and several other’s experience including the building that was build less than a year ago)."

"When considering the various aspects of residing in Dahlonega and navigating the housing market, several factors come into play, including safety, environmental cleanliness, staff assistance, and the alignment of costs with the living experience. My introduction to Bellamy Apartments, facilitated by a last-minute recommendation from a friend, unfortunately, exposed me to a living situation that was less than satisfactory. To begin with, the safety of the environment at Bellamy Apartments leaves much to be desired when compared to neighboring housing options. The ongoing construction near the living spaces not only compromises safety but also resulted in damage to my vehicle. Despite this incident occurring a year ago, attempts to communicate with the staff regarding accommodations have remained unanswered. Additionally, the implementation of an electronic key system, touted as an improvement, appears to be the sole enhancement, overshadowed by a nearly $100 per month increase in housing costs. Interactions with the staff at Bellamy Apartments have been characterized by persistent efforts to pressure residents into early lease renewals, seemingly designed to lock tenants into agreements before the true nature of the living conditions becomes evident. The cleanliness of the premises is sorely lacking, evident in the apparent indifference to pest issues within the apartments, despite the inclusion of extermination services as part of the living benefits. Requests for assistance, such as addressing a messy roommate situation or repairing a malfunctioning air conditioner, were met with inadequate responses. In one instance, the repairman's actions not only failed to resolve the issue but also resulted in paint stains throughout my apartment and damage to personal property. Parking woes add another layer of frustration to the Bellamy experience, with the arbitrary towing of guests' vehicles and a lack of accountability for such actions. The recent addition of a new building has further exacerbated the financial burden on residents, with reports of exorbitant utility costs reaching up to $300 per month on top of the already steep rental fees. As my tenure at Bellamy Apartments comes to a close, I can confidently state that this living arrangement has been nothing short of regrettable. I caution prospective tenants against entering into a lease agreement with Bellamy unless they have a fondness for unsatisfactory living conditions and the associated challenges that accompany such an arrangement."

"Do not allow your child to move into this complex. We have experienced severe neglect to the state of the apartment due to a roommate’s pet. Both the pet and owner moved out but nothing done to correct the state of the apartment (cat urinating on carpets for months). The other roommates have been notifying the complex and the issue has not been resolved as of yet. Just a warning for other parents out!"

"I was very excited to move into Bellamy for the 2023-24 school year but upon living here for 4 months, my excitement has quickly dwindled. Upon signing my lease about a year ago, my roommates and I boasted about the management team’s “awesome” community involvement however we have come to learn that this seems to be an act. I can confidently say that every interaction myself and my roommates have had with the management team since moving in has been sour. When asking for help regarding various things such as maintenance, internet outages, billing questions, renewing our lease, ect they responded with an attitude that gave me the impression that we were inconveniencing them for wanting help. I can even relate this issue back to before we even moved in. We were experiencing a roommate issue, where one of our roommates was looking to back out of their lease. Bellamy had then informed us that instead of helping us place someone else in our apartment, that we had to figure it out ourselves. On top of this, I’m severely disappointed in their behavior regarding current residents renewing their lease. After living here for only a month and a half, they began to push new leases down our throats. Insinuating that if we did not sign right away, there would no longer be spots for us to live here again. So unfortunately, my roommates and I felt forced to resign in fear that we would be unable to find another place to live. I think it goes without saying that it should not be like that when deciding to live somewhere again. In fact, I’ve had multiple people tell me that it’s unusual to be asked to renew a lease after such a short amount of time. Overall, I write this review to inform others of this reality of the management team. Do not be fooled by their social media prospects."

"I don’t personally live at Bellamy Dahlonega, but I have a few friends that have lived there for the past couple years. I could never complain because each visit has been splendid for me. I was able to meet and speak with the property manager, Bailey, a few times and he was always so friendly. He seems to have a lot on his shoulders but he is managing well and keeping a smile on his face. I definitely recommend!"
