"Update: since there is no option to respond to the owners comment I'll do so here: Good bring your lawyers! I am telling the truth and have proof. I don't know what you're talking about though when you bring up a double charge. Please try not to confuse me with whoever else you've recently screwed over. Old review: Is the owner is manipulating reviews? My last review had no profanity and contained pictures proving this establishment stole my money, but now it's nowhere to be found. Let's try again though, I asked them to cancel an order a week before it was supposed to be filled because they failed to confirm it. My friend had just died and I wanted to be certain I wouldn't be scammed as I'm on the otherside of the country. They replied via email that they cancelled (5 days prior to the event). Imagine my surprise when I discovered I'd been charged anyways. So I called, and the lady was rude, talked over me, and told me to take it up with my bank instead of refunding me. Very bad company, very rude as well. You'd be best to steer clear."

"I believe it was the owner I talked to on the phone, and she was the sweetest lady! I have never ordered any flower arrangements before, and she was so helpful explaining everything over the phone, and very patient! She had it ready to be picked up within 30 MINUTES after the phone call!!!! This lady is the sweetest and will definitely come back! Please go here for the best and fastest service!"

"With only a few hours' notice, the shop did an amazing job! The arrangement they delivered to the funeral service was so beautiful and even better than the lovely photo online. I also appreciated the kindness and understanding of the associate I spoke with on the phone. Just a great experience, and I would definitely recommend Ken's Flowers and Gifts in Hiram, GA for any flower needs."

"My sister and I visited Ken’s flowers today in the hopes of purchasing a last minute floral arrangement for my moms birthday. This was the most pleasant shopping experience that I have received in a very long time. The owner was very helpful and pleasant, we wanted orange flowers as this is my moms favorite color and though it was later in the day and not many orange options left she made sure that we came out with the most BEAUTIFUL arrangement. Thank you for the most amazing customer service experience we’ve had in a long time! We highly recommend!"

"My husband's funeral was August 5. My company ordered this beautiful Heaven Sent Floor Basket. See photo. When I saw the flowers by his casket, I was appalled. See the picture beneath. This picture was taken on the 9th, but you can see there was a lot missing. I will never get that day back. I know my company thought better of me than to send what looks like an unweeded garden. I sent Ken's a message 3 days ago and still have no response."
