"I visited the store looking for a frame for a Diamond Painting I’d done. My DP was an odd size to frame picking something off the shelf. Shanna was the absolute best in helping me find the perfect frame, she helped me pick a matte color and it was ready the next day. It turned out very nice and I’m so happy to have had Shanna there to help me. 5 stars for her!"

"Terrible staff I’m a teacher who spends a lot on classroom decorations and will not be back to this location was told I couldn’t use my vouchers in store only online then I asked if I could just put this aside and order online then well I tired and said what I wanted was out of stock so I came in and talked to the manger she cut me off and said well online and in store are two different things online don’t know what we have in store which don’t make since but okay and then I tried to do it again and I told her my email which has gamer in it well she looked at me and my wife thar was with Me and was like okay gaymer and emphasized gay and asked if that was the right email and I said no it’s gamer not gay she was like oh my bad will not be back and might I add the manger there assuming she’s manger the way she was acting the older shirt lady with short haircut didn’t even wash her hands after coming out the bathroom stall so yea not a good store at all"

"This is typically the Michaels that I come to because it is closer to home. This store is usually pretty clean and things seem to be in the right places. The employees are always nice and helpful. But I will say that Michael’s as a whole and the Company itself has disappointed this customer with the rise in prices as well as getting rid of products that seem to be widely used. It seems like they are starting to focus more on the decor part of it instead of the crafting things, and even the decor prices are outrageous with a sale going on. That opinion has nothing to do with the people that work at this particular store but it is something that Michaels may want to think about with their customer base. I worked at Michael’s for 4 1/2 years many years ago and it has just changed so much since that time. I am still typically able to find what I need, but never leave with all the items I do need due to their prices. I understand how the economy works but it’s unfortunate that their prices have raised so much over the last few years. I remember being able to buy five packs of card stock for $10 when they would have a really good sale and now you’re lucky to get two packs for $10 with the sale."

"Qynn is such a delightful sales associate. She was a tremendous help to me when ordering some custom framing a few weeks ago. And she was equally helpful more recently when looking for a laundry list of supplies for my son's school project. Always pleasant."

"Found a lot of good stuff on clearance! But, did you know that they only pay their employees $9 per hour!!!? It's amazing that they can get anyone to work for them! Nevertheless, the employees were very helpful and polite."
